After a successful 15 year career in nonprofit fundraising and international higher education, I found my life’s purpose in supporting growing families during one of the most life changing event, childbirth. My doula journey started in 2017 and I quickly integrated my years of yoga practice into my doula services by completing my 200-hour and prenatal yoga teacher training in 2018 and my traditional Thai massage training in 2019.
