About me

Hello, my name is Alanacapri and I am Certified Postpartum Doula. I currently work for myself and I assist new moms after birth. I can help with housework, laundry, meal prep, caring for baby while Mom sleeps, showers or just takes a break. I can assist mom and provide referrals for/answer questions and concerns regarding the baby or her recovery. The benefits to my service is largely that mom doesn't feel like everything is all on her, during a time that she needs to focus on recovery.

Service introduction

I am able to provide support in the way of light cleaning, simple cooking or snack prep. I can change diapers and baby clothes, wash baby clothes, bathe baby, put baby to sleep, rock and cuddle. I can provide mom an ear to listen and answer questions. As a stay at home mom, I am indeed a wealth of knowledge and patience that I can't wait to share.
