As a birthing and postpartum doula, my mission is to embrace and encourage the diverse experiences of all birthing individuals, supporting their mental health and reproductive rights with respect and compassion. I aim to reclaim the right to birth with dignity and honoring diversity in every aspect of our care. I have a come as you are philosophy, we are all good enough and I am here to support, help and encourage you thru life changing events.

As a Doula I am here to support you emotionally, physically to help you have the birth experience you want. Advocating for your birth plan and your own personal preferences. After delivery I am able to help you by supporting you thru the long first nights, allowing the most mommy and nay bonding time, assuring mother is recovering in a healthy supportive environment.
