Hi mommas! I'm Sheila and I am a Birth Doula in Brevard County FL. I took my certification classes through DONA International earlier this year. I am very passionate about being a Doula. I have always wanted to be part of the birth work world, and I am so excited to finally be supporting moms and their families. If you are in need of Doula services, or just have some questions about what a Doula can provide, feel free to reach out! š©·
I found Sheila two ish weeks before my induction date. She took my birth on no problem. We met once over the phone initially and then twice in person. I ended up going into labor two days before my induction date and she arrived at the hospital in no time. Sheila is the most comforting person, considering we didn't have much time to really get to know each other. She's very knowledgeable and her voice is very comforting especially during labor. Without Sheila I would've missed out on a lot of photos being taken, my favorite one she took was when they placed my baby on me right at delivery. Sheila has consistently checked in on my family throughout the first week of having my first child and has rooted for my breastfeeding journey. We are planning our postpartum visit soon to ensure my baby and I are settling well!! Again she is FANTASTIC and a wonderful person to be around

Hi there, My name is Carla and my motto is: be who you needed when you were in need. I have passionately served as a doula for others for years, without even knowing that this profession existed. I believe that doulas are angels created to care for women while they showcase their superpowers and fulfilling the most important mission yet. I've had the honor to carry a little human earth side myself. However, my birth story was not what I had wished for. I can proudly say that becoming a doula is my way of living by my motto. My dream is to assist and care for as many women (and their families) as possible before, during, and after birth.

Holly is Christian, lives in New Smyrna Beach with her family, her husband Todd of 20 years and their precious daughter Emerson, 12 years old. Holly became interested in helping others, first with a career in teaching yoga and expanded into birth support. Certified as a Prenatal Yoga teacher in 2016. A lactation consultant in 2018 and a doula in 2020. Holly strives to support women and families in need of emotional, physical, and spiritual support before during and after delivery.
Holly was an amazing doula and general prenatal/postnatal resource. I moved across the country to NSB 20 weeks pregnant, so Holly was my main source of support in the area. She was so kind and helped me through some early labor scares and difficulties with grace and patience. She knew the hospital system and seemed to have everything I needed during the birth process. It was my second birth and my first experience in another state was extremely stressful so this birth was very redeeming for me. Iāve kept Holly in my life because she is someone you want to keep around. Iām forever grateful she was part of my experience and if we ever have a third she will be the first person weād call on.

Hello! My name is Catherine. Iām a mama to three boys and a traditional birth doula. I became passionate about the process of physiological birth after I had my first homebirth with my third sonā¦it was the first time I truly felt empowered during the birth process and now I want every mama to be able to experience that same feeling! I believe as women we have everything we need to give birth already inside of us but that we donāt have to do this alone! Iām here to hold your hand, remind you of how strong you are and celebrate with you when the hard part is over! I would be honored to be a part of your journey. The way I serve and support women as a doula is best described as ābirth bestieā or ābirth sister.ā I want to truly get to know you (because the better I know you the better I can support you!) and hear all your dreams and desires for birth. I offer a listening ear and a calming presence for anything you might need to work through or discuss throughout your pregnancy journey. If any of this sounds good to you, letās go grab coffee and chat about all the birth-y things! āļø https://msha.ke/jubilantbirth www.instagram.com/jubilant.birth
Iām beyond grateful for Catherine ā she was not only a steady support during my home birth, but also captured the most raw and beautiful moments of my labor through her lens. The photos she delivered are a treasure Iāll cherish forever!

Hi moms and dads! I am so excited to have the opportunity to serve you as you embark on the most beautiful journey in life- parenthood. My name is Carolina and I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts with Colombian roots. I have lived in Orlando since the summer of 2000 and received my BA in International Relations, before deciding that the work that sets my soul on fire is helping mamas and kiddos live mindful, meaningful lives where they trust their intuition and learn to love themselves unconditionally. My goal as a doula is to help moms realize that they have the inner strength to achieve the pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods of their dreams. With my certification as a yoga teacher, I apply much of what I learned in my training within my birth support services.
If youāre looking for someone that can help you navigate your new reality as a first time mom than this is it Carolina is priceless & worth every cent that you can spend on her as a doula/ parenting educator Her experience and intuition speaks louder than any knowledgeable doctor Iāve been too sheās helped me help my baby better than anyone could. Iāve known Carolina for 7 years & since she announced that she was offering doula services I just knew I had to come to her when I was ready to become a mom and that happened sooner than expected and it was the first thing I did when I found out and Iām so glad I did because she became my rock during my pregnancy especially being a first time mom and not knowing how to do things and what to expect she easily empowers you to believe in yourself and allow your intuition to quickly kick in from pregnancy to birth to postpartum She encourages you and helps you so much that it made me feel like doctors were useless compared to her!!! Sheās calmed every doubt and as soon as you bring a problem to her sheās quick with a solution thereās soo much more but itās something that you will have to experience yourself to truly see how great she is Seriously sheās so great you will not regret it itās the best thing you can invest in as you join your new journey as a mom and your future to be the best mommy you can be!!

Hello guys! My name is Ruth-Ann Grant. I'm a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. I'll be servicing the Central Florida area. I'm excited to be on this new journey. That experience helps me be a better listener, nurturer and safe space. I'm excited to be able to add that knowledge to helping my future moms.
As a third time c section mom and the first time postpartum doula customer Iām over the moon with the service Ruth-Ann provided. She treated me like family from the first encounter. Her attention to detail and thought provoking questions helped guide me through the recovery process and I learned from her wealth of knowledge. She helped me to have a new perspective of the assistance I might need this time around that I didnāt think of. This is my third child and my third c section, this recovery would not have been as smooth, positive and comfortable without Ruth-Ann.

Leenoshka was absolutely amazing as my doula! She came to my house and help me understand in a detailed manor the steps and the things that go into labor, and breastfeeding. When I went into labor and called her at 4am she answered and kept in touch until it was really go time and she came over. She helped the whole time, being in labor was not easy but all the tools she brought and her knowledge helped out so much. I was able to be in labor for only 40 hours, and I kept progressing and was able to do it naturally. Definitely do not know what I would have done without her. She also helped me with latching baby girl on which I absolutely appreciate!

Some say a doula is a luxury, however for many itās a necessity! Ruth has a deep commitment to inclusion ensuring no birthing person feels alone during the most profound, magical experience.
Where do I beginā¦ā¦ If thereās one thing The Most High will do is cover HIS daughters I must say I couldnāt have asked for a better doula. I didnāt expect I was going to actually obtain a doula so last minute (8 months) within my pregnancy but also one that understood my birth plan. Ruth made it her business to support me in my boundaries set for medical care when possible changes had arised within the delivery. She is beyond helpful and knowledgeable in this field of care and made me feel comfortable and confident to bring in my first born son with her unconditional support. Never would I have imagined her to be able to be there for the 36 hrs of delivery but she was intentionally in ensuring my bonus daughter was tended to throughout those hours and I was cared for properly following within delivery and following his birth. Although the staff within hospital were very unbecoming with Ruth and the support of my family I couldnāt have asked for a better birth experience and itās genuinely was because of her attentiveness to my care and the care of my son without any hesitation to tell staff what I needed when I needed it. I pray for every birth of my children in future in able to have her there to support me. Much love and respect for her purpose in this difficult field of care. I would recommend her 1000% over and over again. Ruth is a phenomenal woman and Iām so beyond thankful I was able share my birth experience with her ā„ļø

Chrystal was an absolute blessing for my husband and I after the birth of our first child, Jax. Being first time parents can be so overwhelming, with so many questions. Chrystal guided us on breast feeding, baby care, sleep routines, and so much more. She made us feel comfortable doing things for the first time, and allowed us to rest and recover from our hospital stay, and get back to feeling like ourselves again so we could be the best parents we can be. Thank you Chrystal for everything you've done for us! - Hayley & Mike Lombardo
