Mayra Zambrano

6 years of experience

Hello families My name is Mayra, and my work has become one of the greatest joys of my life. I bring genuine and professional care, ensuring your baby is always in loving, safe, and nurturing hands. Caring for newborns isn’t just something I do; it’s something I genuinely love. For years I’ve worked with children, and the past years I’ve dedicated myself to newborn care where I discovered the joy, purpose, and tenderness that this work brings into my life. Every baby I’ve cared for has left a special memory with me. When I enter a home, my goal is simple: support your family in the way that feels right for you. I listen closely, respect your routines and preferences, and make sure your baby receives gentle, safe, and developmentally supportive care at all times. I love playing, singing, tummy time, using black-and-white contrast cards, and interacting with babies in every way—it’s truly my pleasure. I ensure that not only is your baby in safe, loving hands, but also that their stimulation and development are thoughtfully supported and nurtured. It brings me so much joy to see babies reach each milestone in their development. I’m a young, energetic, and deeply nurturing caregiver. I pour my whole heart into providing warmth, patience, and reliability so you feel secure knowing that your baby is in loving and caring hands. I would be honored to support your family during this precious stage. If you'd like, I'm happy to share more about my experience and how I can help your family!

My newborn absolutely loved Mayra! It’s very stressful leave your newborn with new person for several hours but I truly felt at peace leaving my son with Mayra. She has been great taking care of Henry, also I learned a lot from her how to take care of the baby , and how to keep him safe and happy. I highly recommend Mayra to anyone with a new addition to their family. Thank you Mayra for so much help when it was needed the most ! 🙂

Andi is Amazing! If I could give her 6 stars I would. I was looking for help with my twins sleep and out of the kindness of her heart she talked with me for almost an hour and a half, no request or conditions (what most sleep consultants would charge 200$ for) instead I asked her if I could leave a review. I wish there were more people like her in the world!

Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I also love to see people happy and enjoying the life we've been blessed with. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. I've heard moms break down thinking they're not doing enough and failing their infant. That's where I come in. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.

Alkin Cadet

6 years of experience

My name is Alkin and I believe every family deserves to feel supported, seen, and cared for during the sacred transition into parenthood. My philosophy is rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment. I meet each parent exactly where they are; whether that means offering a listening ear, guidance on newborn care, or simply creating space for rest and recovery. My role is not to take over, but to come alongside you, strengthening your confidence as you adjust to life with your new baby. As both a certified postpartum and infant care doula and a registered nurse, I bring a balance of knowledge and nurturing. I understand that every family’s needs are different, and I tailor my care to honor your values, rhythms, and culture. My goal is to ease the early weeks so you can focus on bonding, healing, and embracing your new chapter with peace of mind.

Recent review

As a first-time mom, I had so many worries from if I was doing things “right” to feeling nervous about being alone with my baby. Finding Alkin was truly an answered prayer. From the very first meeting, she made me feel seen, heard, and supported. She never took over or made me feel inadequate, but instead came alongside me with patience and encouragement, helping me build my confidence as a new mom. Whether it was guidance on newborn care, reassuring answers to my questions, or simply creating a calm space so I could rest, Alkin’s presence was invaluable. What makes her unique is the balance of being both a certified postpartum doula and a registered nurse, she brings not only warmth and understanding but also deep knowledge and professionalism. She tailored her support to fit my needs and respected my rhythms and values as a parent. She truly eased the transition into motherhood and gave me peace of mind during those overwhelming early weeks. I’m so grateful and would recommend her to any family/friends looking for both care and confidence on their parenting journey.

We had a harder than expected go during our first child with multiple sleepless nights and really wanted to have a better support framework for our second. Having Wendy as our nighttime doula was an amazing experience. She started a few days after our daughter was born and was crucial support for the first two months. Having her allowed my wife to make a faster recovery post birth and have her enjoy the baby a lot more. She is very professional, responsible, punctual and knowledgeable. After the first day which is always scary, we felt incredibly comfortable with her being with our baby. We highly recommend her. It made the newborn phase a lot of a better experience and my wife and I were both way more functioning and present for our little one. Being able to have the nights to fully rest is priceless and makes everything about life significantly better.

đŸ‘‹đŸŒ Welcome. So, you want to learn more about me, my energy, and the services I offer. First things first
take a sip of tea or water. We need to make sure you’re hydrated. Have you eaten? How’s your bladder? Did you take your prenatals today? I know, I sound like a mother. 😊 But that’s truly where my work begins, with the basics. With tending. With noticing. With caring for the small things that protect the big things. My journey into birth work has been a long, winding path with many twists and turns. I began my career designing therapeutic environments for children’s hospitals, studying how physical spaces impact healing, safety, and the nervous system. Over time, that work led me somewhere deeper, into the sacred space of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Today, I am in private practice, Aspired Mother, where I offer birth and Ayurvedic postpartum care services rooted in both modern understanding and time-honored maternal care traditions. For birth preparation, my focus is on strengthening the mind-body connection so you can access efficient, instinctive movement and nervous system regulation during labor. Birth is not something we force, it’s something the body remembers when it feels safe and supported. Through somatic awareness, alignment, and practical preparation, I help you build confidence in your body’s innate design. For postpartum, my Ayurvedic approach extends the midwifery model beyond birth, protecting your long-term recovery and wellbeing. The early weeks after delivery are not just about surviving, they are foundational to your hormonal balance, energy, and emotional health for years to come. Through nourishment, warmth, rest, and hands-on support, I stabilize and restore you at your core. I also facilitate meaningful gatherings and transition support, such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones and postpartum integration sessions , for women who wish to honor this threshold in a grounded and personal way. At the heart of my philosophy is this: Childbirth is not simply medical event. It is a formative life experience. And when a mother is deeply prepared, supported, and protected, the entire family benefits. So, whether you are planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery, I believe in shared decision-making, informed choices, and honoring your autonomy every step of the way. I’m here to support you , not to lead you. Not to override you, but to walk beside you. And yes
I’ll probably remind you to drink water along the way. 💛

Hiring Dayna was the BEST decision I made during my whole birth experience. As a first time mom who wanted to go unmedicated at a hospital (due to past health concerns), I knew I needed an amazing doula with years of experience to keep my vision and it was exactly who Dayna was. She is so knowledgeable, so kind, her energy is very grounding which I believe is needed during such a pivotal moment in life. I loved the house visits and learning from her. She taught me so much about the process of birth and different techniques to manage the sensations that the contractions will bring, she also helped my mom who was a bit hesitant about me going unmedicated , feel more calm and informed. She helped my husband understand how he was going to support me during the labor which created such a great birth team. And when i went into labor came she immediately was there , guiding me through every contraction it was tough but with Dayna’s presence and help I was able to have my dream unmedicated birth even if I wasn’t able to do it at home. There was even a point I wanted to opt-in for an epidural but Dayna reminded me of my strength and it was all I needed to finish strong to bring my baby girl into the world. She also helped me latch my baby girl the moment she was out which was an incredible experience! I 100% recommend Dayna to be your Doula during such a transformative time in your life, she will guide you, she will make you feel so strong & powerful, she will help the rest of your support team feel confident in how to best be there for you. I truly could not have done it without her and I know if you hire her as your Doula you will feel the same way by the end of your pregnancy & postpartum journey!
