The Third-Trimester Support Package is designed to help you prepare for the final stages of pregnancy and transition smoothly into labor. This package includes personalized education on childbirth, creating your birth plan, comfort measures for labor, and prenatal guidance tailored to your needs. I’ll provide emotional support and answer any questions you have, ensuring you feel confident and ready for what’s ahead. Additionally, we’ll discuss postpartum expectations and create a plan for your early days with your newborn. Together, we’ll make sure you feel fully supported as you approach your big day! I typically offer two to three prenatal visits, where we’ll discuss your birth plan, comfort measures, and prepare for labor and postpartum.

How long is postpartum doula support?

Postpartum support can range from a few days to several weeks, depending on your needs. I provide support during the critical fourth trimester, typically up to 12 weeks after birth.

What is your payment structure?

I offer flexible payment plans to fit any budget. A non-refundable deposit is due before the first prenatal visit, with the remaining balance due by 36 weeks.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

I offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and how I can support you. This is a great time to see if we connect and align in our approach.

Can I hire you if I already have a midwife or doctor?

Absolutely! I work alongside your medical team to provide additional emotional, physical, and educational support, ensuring a holistic experience.

What if I need support outside of your scheduled visits?

I offer on-call support and am available for virtual check-ins or guidance as needed, ensuring you feel supported throughout your journey.

Are you covered by insurance?

Some insurance companies may cover doula services, depending on your plan. Our services may be eligible for reimbursement through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Please consult with your plan administrator or healthcare provider to determine your specific coverage and eligibility.
