Hi, I’m Taby, a Christian birth doula serving families with faith-filled, compassionate support through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. My heart is to walk alongside mothers and families with prayer, encouragement, education, and hands-on support as they prepare for one of the most sacred seasons of their lives. Whether you’re hoping for a peaceful birth, need help understanding your options, or simply want someone steady by your side, I’m here to support you with love, respect, and care. I offer birth doula support for families seeking compassionate, faith-filled care throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. My services are designed to help you feel informed, supported, and encouraged as you prepare for birth. This includes prenatal support, birth planning, education, comfort measures, emotional and physical labor support, optional prayer and spiritual encouragement, and postpartum guidance as you adjust to life with your baby. As your doula, my heart is to walk alongside you with peace, respect, and steady support, helping you feel seen, heard, and cared for during one of the most sacred seasons of your life.

I cannot recommend Taby enough! From the moment we met, she made me feel heard, supported, and completely at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my birth and made sure I felt informed and empowered every step of the way. When labor began, Taby was incredible. She stayed calm, encouraging, and attentive, helping me manage contractions with different comfort measures, constant reassurance, and unwavering support. She also helped my partner feel confident and involved throughout the experience, which meant so much to both of us. Her advocacy was invaluable. She helped me communicate with my medical team, reminded me of my birth preferences, and gave me the confidence to make decisions that felt right for me. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner the entire time. More than anything, Taby made me feel safe, respected, and strong. Her kindness, knowledge, and genuine passion for supporting families shine through in everything she does. Looking back, I honestly can’t imagine my birth without her. I truly cannot recommend Taby enough. She was my birth doula in 2024, and having her by my side completely changed my birth experience for the better. From the moment labor started, she made me feel safe, supported, calm, and empowered. She was constantly encouraging me, helping me breathe through contractions, comforting both me and my partner, and reminding me that my body was made for this. What makes our experience even more special is that Taby actually caught my baby during delivery. It was such a beautiful and emotional moment that I will never forget. The love, care, and passion she has for birth shines through in everything she does. I truly felt seen, respected, and cared for every step of the way.
