I love to camp, travel, bake, sing, practice meditation, gather crystals, and am generally up for anything that has do with spending time with my loved ones and being OUTSIDE, especially at the beach! Amanda is the owner and founder of Southern Charm Doula Services. She is a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, breastfeeding counselor, and pediatric sleep specialist. She is also a health educator, holding various degrees and certifications in the health and wellness field. As an advocate for maternal mental health, she saw a great need for supporting the mothering experience. In 2018, she shifted her career focus from health and wellness, to focus on maternal and infant health and outcomes. She is passionate about supporting families to have their very best birthing and postpartum experience. She has attended over 100 local births and supported over 1,000 families worldwide with her virtual parent coaching and pediatric sleep management support Amanda lives in Navarre, is a military spouse (retired), and mother of three children. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, paddle boarding, piano, and of course family time.
