Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I also love to see people happy and enjoying the life we've been blessed with. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. I've heard moms break down thinking they're not doing enough and failing their infant. That's where I come in. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.

I could not be more thankful for grey she really help me prepare for my labor even though my birth did not go exactly as plan because my baby obstructed my cervix that caused me to get induced she knew i was aganist being induced and the medication poticion is so horrible but she assisted me and husband to get through 45 hours of my labor i was so exhausted be of the poticion was being increased every two hours that it made labor uneasy because the contractions was coming every minute where you unable to rest i ended u getting an epidural but she help my husband with diffrent positions and comforting measures i will most dinfently refer her to anyone prices are affordable and she accepts humana medicaid that pays for doula and postpartum vist which is a big help.

👋🏼 Welcome. So, you want to learn more about me, my energy, and the services I offer. First things first… take a sip of tea or water. We need to make sure you’re hydrated. Have you eaten? How’s your bladder? Did you take your prenatals today? I know, I sound like a mother. 😊 But that’s truly where my work begins, with the basics. With tending. With noticing. With caring for the small things that protect the big things. My journey into birth work has been a long, winding path with many twists and turns. I began my career designing therapeutic environments for children’s hospitals, studying how physical spaces impact healing, safety, and the nervous system. Over time, that work led me somewhere deeper, into the sacred space of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Today, I am in private practice, Aspired Mother, where I offer birth and Ayurvedic postpartum care services rooted in both modern understanding and time-honored maternal care traditions. For birth preparation, my focus is on strengthening the mind-body connection so you can access efficient, instinctive movement and nervous system regulation during labor. Birth is not something we force, it’s something the body remembers when it feels safe and supported. Through somatic awareness, alignment, and practical preparation, I help you build confidence in your body’s innate design. For postpartum, my Ayurvedic approach extends the midwifery model beyond birth, protecting your long-term recovery and wellbeing. The early weeks after delivery are not just about surviving, they are foundational to your hormonal balance, energy, and emotional health for years to come. Through nourishment, warmth, rest, and hands-on support, I stabilize and restore you at your core. I also facilitate meaningful gatherings and transition support, such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones and postpartum integration sessions , for women who wish to honor this threshold in a grounded and personal way. At the heart of my philosophy is this: Childbirth is not simply medical event. It is a formative life experience. And when a mother is deeply prepared, supported, and protected, the entire family benefits. So, whether you are planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery, I believe in shared decision-making, informed choices, and honoring your autonomy every step of the way. I’m here to support you , not to lead you. Not to override you, but to walk beside you. And yes… I’ll probably remind you to drink water along the way. 💛

I cannot recommend Taby enough! From the moment we met, she made me feel heard, supported, and completely at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my birth and made sure I felt informed and empowered every step of the way. When labor began, Taby was incredible. She stayed calm, encouraging, and attentive, helping me manage contractions with different comfort measures, constant reassurance, and unwavering support. She also helped my partner feel confident and involved throughout the experience, which meant so much to both of us. Her advocacy was invaluable. She helped me communicate with my medical team, reminded me of my birth preferences, and gave me the confidence to make decisions that felt right for me. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner the entire time. More than anything, Taby made me feel safe, respected, and strong. Her kindness, knowledge, and genuine passion for supporting families shine through in everything she does. Looking back, I honestly can’t imagine my birth without her. If you’re looking for a doula who will support you wholeheartedly, advocate for you, and make you feel empowered throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth, Taby is the one. She exceeded every expectation I had, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did for our family.

Having Denise as my doula throughout my pregnancy was God sent.. I am so grateful to have had the privilege to count on her for any questions or concerns.. she is truly amazing..she answered all my questions, sent me many helpful links, exercises and important information to help me feel more relaxed and ready for labor. She even drove past midnight to be with me during my labor. I will forever be grateful for her.

— Elsa Vargas, review of Denisse Icaza July 2026

Denisse Icaza Is absolutely amazing! We needed a doula in short notice because we didn't know we could get assistance. But she took the time to help us and made the time to see us during the pregnancy. Made sure to answer any and all our questions. Once we went into labor she was right there with us until birth. Having someone with her experience made me feel better and calmer. She checked in on us during postpartum as well. We are grateful that she was there for us.
