About me

Serene (she/her) is a certified birth doula, HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, and mom to a beautiful baby boy. She sees birth as one of the most powerful and transformative experiences anyone ever goes through and believes that it deserves to be supported and honored. A South Florida local, Serene loves serving families in Broward, Miami Dade, and Palm Beach Counties, helping make this community full of more love and respect from the first day a new life enters it.

Service introduction

As a birth doula, I provide emotional and physical support to clients as well as reliable resources and information the help parents make decisions regarding their birth with confidence and calm. However, this support is tailored to each families unique needs and desires. I also teach group HypnoBirthing® classes in Coral Springs. These classes help prepare parents both physically and mentally for any twist or turn their journey takes. While we discuss what to expect from a physiological birth, this program can be helpful for planned and unplanned inductions, cesareans and all types of births. I serve families planning births in all settings (home, hospital, and birth centers).
