As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early weeks of parenthood. My services include in-person birth support, postpartum care, and newborn care to help ease your transition into parenthood. I offer evidence-based education to help you feel informed and confident, as well as gentle guidance with lactation and feeding. I’m also here to assist with nursery preparation and creating a calm, functional space for your baby.
