About me

Hi! I’m Elizabeth! After years of supporting women at a pregnancy resource center, I saw how many mothers felt unseen, unheard, and overwhelmed during pregnancy and birth. Too often, women are left searching for answers, carrying fear, or feeling pressured into experiences they never wanted. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s what led me to become a birth and postpartum doula — to walk alongside women with grace, encouragement, and unwavering support through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I believe women were beautifully created for birth and deserve to feel empowered, informed, and deeply cared for every step of the way. With a calm, compassionate presence rooted in my Christian faith, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and confident as you prepare to welcome your baby and begin the journey of motherhood. Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season are life-changing experiences, and you shouldn't have to walk them alone. At Grace Infused Doula LLC, I provide compassionate, Christ-centered birth and postpartum support that empowers you to approach motherhood with confidence, peace, and grace. As your birth doula, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. Together, we'll prepare for your birth, discuss your goals and preferences, and ensure you feel informed, encouraged, and supported every step of the way. My postpartum services are designed to help you rest, recover, and adjust to life with your new baby. Whether it's preparing a simple meal, helping with light household tasks, caring for your baby while you shower or nap, or simply offering a listening ear, I'm here to provide practical help and encouragement during those precious first weeks. My desire is for every mother to feel seen, heard, and cared for as she embraces the beautiful journey of motherhood. No matter what your birth story looks like, my goal is to walk beside you with grace, compassion, and unwavering support.

Birth Doula Package

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are life-changing, and you deserve support that helps you feel confident, prepared, and never alone. This package provides personalized, Christ-centered care with weekly check-ins, prenatal planning, unlimited support beginning at 35 weeks, continuous labor support through immediate postpartum, and postpartum follow-up—walking beside you with grace every step of the way. While I do not currently accept insurance, I am willing to set up a payment plan that would allow you to have the support you need that stays within your weekly or monthly budget.

Postpartum Doula Package

Recover, rest, and enjoy those precious first weeks with your baby while knowing you have extra support. This package includes one prenatal planning visit and 24 hours of daytime postpartum support, customized into six four-hour visits that can be scheduled during your first six weeks after birth. From light housekeeping and simple meal preparation to newborn care and encouragement, I'm here to help you heal, adjust, and thrive in motherhood. Extra hours of support can be purchased. While I do not currently accept insurance, I am willing to set up a payment plan that would allow you to have the support you need that stays within your weekly or monthly budget.

What if I am not a Christian?

While I am a Christian and my care is rooted in my faith, I deeply respect that you may not share the same beliefs. My goal is to provide compassionate, supportive care to every family I serve. I will never pressure you or force my beliefs on you, but I will be open about my faith and the values that guide my support. Please note that I do not teach or participate in spiritual practices or traditions from other religions or belief systems, including, but not limited to, yoga, eastern meditation, mindfulness practices, or hypnotism. My approach to birth support remains centered on grace-filled, Christ-centered care while honoring your choices and individuality throughout your journey.

Can I customize my doula package?

Yes! I understand that every family’s needs, desires, and budget are unique. I’m happy to work with you to customize support that fits your specific preferences and season of life, so you can feel cared for and confident throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

What types of births do you support?

I generally support hospital births, birthing center births, and home births. As a doula, my role is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey — I am not a medical provider or midwife. If you are planning an unassisted birth or freebirth, I would love to hear more about your story, desires, and reasons behind that decision before determining whether we would be a good fit to work together. My goal is to ensure that every family I serve receives support that aligns well with both their needs and my scope of practice.
