I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in anthropology where I learned a bit about maternal health & childcare around the world. For as long as I can remember, I have had a deep pull towards motherhood & all the stages of it. I discovered a passion for prenatal & postpartum care while walking alongside my sister through her pregnancy, birth, & postpartum journey. I got to see the beauty of every step & relationships that form so deeply during this time and I was hooked! I love that I get to be a part of this journey as a doula & capture those precious moments through photography. I’m passionate about hormonal health & cooking, & I love to bring this into my work. I believe we were created for relationship & community & I’m so thankful you’re here

Love & Light! I’m Tarynn (like Aaron with a T in front), a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Placenta Encapsulator, and midwifery student with a deep-rooted passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. With over 7 years of experience as a CNA—including time in labor and delivery—I witnessed firsthand the gaps in support and advocacy for birthing people. That calling led me to becoming a Birth Doula in 2020 and a Postpartum Doula in 2024. I take a holistic, heart-centered approach, weaving in meditation, movement, sound baths, and herbalism to honor your unique journey. When I’m not supporting clients or studying, I’m singing 90s R&B at karaoke, watching Philly sports, or adding to my fragrance collection. I’d be honored to walk alongside you!

I accept TriCare insurance!!! Hello everyone! My name is Jody Janek and I am a birth doula. My background is education in many areas: home economics, child development, early childhood, special education and ended with school counseling for pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. I'm married to my lifelong sweetheart and I have three amazing grown children that have three amazing spouses. My absolute joy in life is being a Lolli to four precious grandbabies and more to come!!! I love birth! I feel that there is no birth story better than any other. My goal as a doula is to keep you calm, peaceful, and fearless with lots of love and positive affirmations. Let me help you make your "dream birth" come true.
I wasn’t sure I would need a doula or not. This was my second unmedicated birth and my first went well so we questioned the value. When I tell you it made my birth experience tremendously different, it made a world of difference. My birth this time was about half the time of my first and the contractions picked up quickly. It was amazing to have someone guide my labor the whole way, time contractions for me, play my playlist, help do hip squeezes and comfort measures before I even asked for them. There was a point when I had stalled and my midwife suggested breaking my water to help progress things. I was in laborland and couldn’t think at that point, and Jody guided me through the risk and reward factors to help me make an informed choice. Having her helped my husband be less anxious because he had her knowledge and support to lean on. She knew when to step in and when to step back. If birth had a best friend, it would be Jody. I highly recommend her to anyone in or out of hospital for any birth, but especially if your goal is an unmedicated birth, book her now and thank me later!

Hi, I am located in the Waco area. I have two children of my own and a third on the way. For 12 years, I have helped ladies with Postpartum Doula, nursing, and birth doula. I recently took a birth Doula/postpartum Doula/lactation consultant class to be officially certified and further my education in these areas. My passion is to help ladies have the best birth, postpartum, and nursing experiences.
Shoshannah is so kind and patient. We had her at our birth, and she was such an outstanding support. She’s always there to know exactly what the need is, is never too pushy, is extremely sensitive, and is there to help precisely as she can. She also was such a great help in educating me about nursing through her own experience and her studying. We highly recommend her!

Reyna was amazing. She educated me on what all my options could be for my labor, and took away so much of my worries on labor complications! She helped me create a birth plan, and was there for my whole birth, and for the first few weeks postpartum. It was my first birth, and I don't think I could have done it without her.

Hey Momma, I’m Shaquana. Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! I truly believe every momma deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout this incredible journey. As your doula, my hope is to be a reassuring presence, offering the care and encouragement you deserve during this beautiful season of your life. Your vision for your birth matters. I'd love nothing more than to hear about what that looks like and how I can support you in welcoming your bundle of joy!
I was considered high-risk and deeply hoped for a natural birth, but things didn’t go as planned and I ended up needing a c-section. Through it all, Shaquana was truly my anchor. From the start, she made me feel seen, heard, and supported. During labor, she offered different comfort measures to help me manage physically and emotionally(which I needed the most) offering everything from breathing techniques to calming touch and positioning that helped me stay grounded. Even when I felt rushed and overlooked by my provider, Shaquana made sure my voice was still in the room. She never pushed, only empowered! Shaquana reminded me that no matter how my baby arrived, I was strong and never alone throughout this process. I truly couldn’t have done it without her, and I’ll always be thankful for her.
