With a 25-year career as a Early Childhood Educator, the past 10-years has been as a Nanny & Family Assistant while training and certifying for Holistic Doula specializing in postpartum care, lactation consultant, certified Postpartum Nutritionist, and Advanced Newborn Care Specialist. My approach to support your recovery and healing, is grounded in nutrition for postpartum healing. I provide experience, evidence-based compassionate care, and general help so you can get some rest and feel supported.
