I provide loving and professional support for families during pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. During pregnancy, I offer guidance and education to help you feel prepared, including tips on comfort measures, birth planning, and ways to support your body and mind. In labor, I provide continuous emotional encouragement, physical comfort, and advocacy, helping you feel empowered and confident while your wishes are honored. I assist with breathing techniques, positioning, and gentle touch to ease discomfort and create a calm, supportive environment. After birth, I continue to support you with newborn care, feeding guidance, and practical tips for recovery and adjusting to life with a new baby. My faith-based approach nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, creating a safe and welcoming space where parents feel encouraged, understood, and fully supported. I am there to celebrate milestones, guide you through challenges, and help you build confidence as you embrace the journey of parenthood.

Overview: Support for parents during the first weeks after birth, helping you adjust to life with your newborn. Includes: • Two prenatal meetings (virtual or in-home) to create a personalized birth plan • Continuous labor support from early labor through delivery • Comfort measures, positioning, breathing techniques, and emotional encouragement • Advocacy to help ensure your wishes are honored • Post-birth follow-up check-in (1–2 hours) • Phone and text support leading up to delivery Pricing: • $700 per birth (includes prenatal meetings, labor support, and follow-up) • Additional support hours available at $20/hour Ideal For: Parents who want hands-on, compassionate labor support with guidance, advocacy, and encouragement every step of the way.
