Hello, I’m Krissa. I’m a DONA Int. certified birth doula and a trained postpartum doula serving families across Central Texas. I’m passionate about getting you ready and confident to meet your baby. * I work with a non-profit and provide free services to those who qualify. (Wic, SNAP, Medicaid) With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, I bring a deeper understanding of families, infant bonding, and the emotional transitions of parenthood. From the very beginning, she not only supported me but also took the time to teach my husband exactly how to help and comfort me through labor, which made such a huge difference in my experience. She came prepared with so many thoughtful tools and comfort items that helped me through each stage, and she also shared helpful ideas ahead of time so I could feel confident and ready. Throughout the entire birth, she stayed right by my side, reassuring me, encouraging me, and grounding me when I needed it most. Honestly, I don’t think I could have done it without her. Because of the care, strength, and love she poured into one of the most important moments of my life, she will forever be a part of our family.
