About me
Hello, I’m Krissa. I’m a DONA International–certified birth doula and a trained postpartum doula serving families across Central Texas. I’m passionate about walking alongside parents through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, providing informed, compassionate support that centers your goals, values, and unique experience. I work closely with first-time parents to build confidence and preparedness, while also supporting families who didn’t have the support they wished for with previous births. My approach combines prenatal education, hands-on guidance, and personalized postpartum care to ensure you feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies, I bring a deeper understanding of family dynamics, parent-infant bonding, and the emotional transitions of early parenthood. Every family I support is different, and my goal is to help you navigate this season with confidence, connection, and reassurance—whether it’s your first baby or you’re looking to have a more supported experience this time around.

I cannot recommend my doula, Krissa Robert, enough. She was truly incredible and fit right into our beautiful chaos like she had always been part of our family. From the very beginning, she not only supported me but also took the time to teach my husband exactly how to help and comfort me through labor, which made such a huge difference in my experience. She came prepared with so many thoughtful tools and comfort items that helped me through each stage, and she also shared helpful ideas ahead of time so I could feel confident and ready. Throughout the entire birth, she stayed right by my side, reassuring me, encouraging me, and grounding me when I needed it most. Honestly, I don’t think I could have done it without her. Because of the care, strength, and love she poured into one of the most important moments of my life, she will forever be a part of our family.
