With a strong educational background in psychology and a Master's in Legal Studies specializing in Healthcare and Technology Compliance, I bring a unique perspective to my role. My journey has been driven by a commitment to ensuring that all families receive the highest standard of care and support during one of the most significant times in their lives. My experience in healthcare compliance ensures that I am well-versed in maintaining the highest ethical standards and safeguarding the privacy and well-being of those I serve. As a Crisis Counselor at The Trevor Project, I have honed my skills in providing emotional support and crisis intervention, which are critical in helping families navigate the complexities of childbirth and postpartum care. Born in Ukraine but have been a PNW admirer and resident for the last 10 years. Becoming a doula was more than a career choice — it felt like a calling. Sudden, exciting, and profoundly meaningful. I've always felt a deep, instinctual pull to help people. Now, I am happy to provide all kinds of support in birth and postpartum. Let’s make your birth a joyful experience!
From the moment I decided to choose Olena, I have never regretted it. From the very beginning, Olena was incredibly attentive and supportive. Her two prenatal visits were incredibly helpful. She clearly explained what to expect during labor and helped me prepare for the upcoming challenges both mentally and physically. She demonstrated valuable pelvic floor exercises that gave me confidence and preparedness for my future labor. Throughout my entire labor, she was very responsive to my needs and ensured that my wishes and comfort were a priority. She worked closely and communicated effectively with the nurses and midwife, and her support was especially crucial when the question of a C-section arose. She confidently advocated for my preferences and helped my voice be heard. When the decision was finally made for a C-section, her support never wavered. Both my husband and I felt reassured by her steady presence in the operating room. One of the most meaningful moments for me came right after the birth of my son, when my husband needed to be with him and all the doctors were busy. I cannot forget the comfort of her hands on my face while I was getting stitches. It was exactly what I needed to feel safe and cared for. After the labor, she continued to provide me with comprehensive support. She taught me how to sit and breastfeed correctly, guided me through every step, and frequently checked in to make sure I was doing well. I truly valued her knowledge and genuine care, and she went above and beyond, sharing an incredibly helpful list of tips for newborn care, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding. Having Olena as our doula has been incredibly beneficial for both me and my husband. Her experience and unwavering support truly helped us through every step of this life-changing moment, and if my husband and I decide to have a second child, I know who I will choose as my doula.

I have not interacted with Eunice as a doula, however she has done a wonderful job of caring for my infant for the first few months that I had to return to work after my maternity leave ended. She was thoughtful, loving, lighthearted, and my son adored her. Eunice is a lovely person and loves caring for babies.

Hi! I’m a birth doula, childbirth educator, and lactation counselor with a background in osteopathic medicine and a deep passion for perinatal support. During medical school, I saw how the way we approach and nurture pregnancy and birth can shape early family experience, creating lasting ripple effects. In addition to birth work, I lead parent support groups through PEPS and am a mom of two teens. I understand how unpredictable and transformative the journey into parenthood can be, and my role is to help you feel grounded in the moment and ready for what comes next. Every parent brings their own values and lived experiences—sometimes joyful, always complex—and I offer steady support and advocacy tailored to your unique path.
Working with Jen was one of the best decisions I made for my birth. From the start, she brought a calm, confident, and grounding presence that felt so reassuring. She took the time to understand not just what my birth plan was, but why it mattered to me (which I think made all the difference when things didn’t go exactly as I originally hoped). Throughout pregnancy, she stayed in close contact and was always available when I felt worried or confused. Her guidance through the confusing days of pre/early labor and her arrival as soon as we needed more support made me feel really cared for. During labor, Jen really helped me cope with contractions and stay calm in between. She helped me get into a good flow and pulled many helpful things out of her toolbox (both metaphorically and literally) without disrupting my rhythm. Hospitals make me uneasy, but she helped me stay focused no matter what was going on around me. She kept me grounded when things got intense and I doubted myself. Jen interacted effortlessly with the medical team and brought up helpful questions I wouldn’t have known to ask (monitoring, IV placement, positioning especially during pushing). Between preparation during prenatal meetings and Jen’s encouragement and advocacy during my birth, I was able to stay confident and really be in the moment when my baby arrived. I can’t imagine going through pregnancy and birth without her.

My approach is deeply rooted in the healing wisdom of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), helping new parents feel nurtured, balanced, and empowered through every stage of their journey. I specialize in Ayurvedic postpartum massage and belly binding wrap, baby massage & infant bodywork, and breastfeeding difficulty support for newborn families.
I worked with Heng Ma for six weeks after giving birth, and it was one of the best decisions I made for my postpartum recovery. Heng combines incredible skill with deep wisdom from traditional Chinese postpartum and newborn care. She taught me hands-free breastfeeding positions and how to nurse or pump while lying down. They are total game changers for a tired new mom! She also cooked delicious Chinese postpartum meals that not only tasted amazing but truly helped my body heal faster. Every day, she gave my baby a full body massage, and I’m sure it made a huge difference. My baby never had colic or constipation issues. Heng’s care, knowledge, and kindness made me feel supported, understood, and confident as a new mom. I can’t recommend her enough!

Amina is literally the best and choosing her as a doula was one of the best decisions i’ve made. Her vast experience made my birthing process positive. She is very humble and honest. She stood and helped me throughout my delivery and calmed me down during labor pains and made my vaginal delivery possible. I would highly recommend her if someone is looking for a perfect doula.

Hello! My name is Tierra Beaushaw. I am a Certified Labor Doula, Certified Infant Feeding specialist, and a certified prenatal yoga teacher. After seven years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in both hospitals and in-home care, I felt a deep calling toward Labor and Delivery nursing—especially after the birth of my first son. While pursuing my studies, I discovered the world of doula support and was inspired by the compassionate, hands-on role doulas play in the birthing experience. Following the birth of my second son, I made the empowering decision to shift paths and become a doula. Today, I combine my clinical background with empathy and intuition to guide families through one of life’s most transformative moments. My passion lies in helping mothers and babies feel safe, supported, and informed. Hi, I'm Alexandra (though many call me by my initials, ACE, for short!) My fascination with birth and deep desire to protect mothers and babies compels my heartfelt commitment to the families I serve. My deep and wholehearted devotion to the optimization of your prenatal, delivery, and postnatal experience is not only evident in my loving, hands-on approach, but also in the joy-filled outcomes we share.
Ace helped prepare myself and my husband for natural labor as I was hoping for a vbac. The techniques she showed us helped relieve pressure in my back in the last couple of weeks. This was my second baby and I knew nothing ever goes to plan. I ended up having a repeat c section. I went in for my 38 week appointment and was told baby was coming the same day. I messaged ace and she was able to make it and be there with us. I had a horrible experience with my first c section and having the extra support there helped me get through it and it was a dar better experience than my first. I won’t be having anymore kids but if I did, I would definitely hire Ace again as my doula. She was amazing in every way possible.
