Hi! My name is Alexis. I’ve been a postpartum overnight doula since 2019. Taking care of newborns and postpartum families is my passion. I really enjoy being able to cater to each family no matter what their preferences are i.e. bottle/formula/BM etc. I have 4 kids of my own and when I’m not working I’m somewhere at a sporting event with them!

One to five nights per week of overnight doula support.

Birth package

1 meet & greet, text/call support from time of contract being signed, on-call for entire time up to birth, 2 hours post labor, and 1-2 postpartum visits.
