Garcia Hughley holds a BA in Psychology and Education, as well as an AS in Early Childhood Education. She has also worked in the infant room for over 20 years, bringing extensive hands-on experience, patience, and a compassionate approach to early childhood care and family support. Her commitment reflects both solid professional preparation and genuine care for the wellbeing of children and caregivers alike.

Congratulations on your exciting new chapter. My name is Garcia Hughley, and I am a Postpartum Doula, Infant Care Specialist, and Childcare Educator serving your local area. I provide supportive, educational guidance to help families feel more confident and cared for during the postpartum period and beyond. My services are designed to provide compassionate, personalized support tailored to the unique needs of each family. I offer newborn care education, infant feeding support, soothing and sleep guidance, diapering and bathing instruction, developmental activities, and evidence-based education to help parents build confidence in caring for their newborn. I also provide emotional support, practical household assistance related to newborn care, sibling adjustment guidance, and resources that empower families as they transition into parenthood. Whether you are a first-time parent or welcoming another child, my goal is to help create a calm, nurturing environment where both parents and baby can thrive. In addition to in-home postpartum support, I provide flexible services that may include overnight care, parent education sessions, nursery organization, routine development, and referrals to trusted community resources when additional support is needed. My approach is centered on respect, professionalism, and individualized care, ensuring every family feels heard, supported, and equipped with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the early weeks and months after birth.
