*I’m now booking for 2026. I believe everyone deserves a village. I also knows asking for help is one of the most difficult and courageous things people can do. Helping families identify their needs during the transition to parenthood is one of the best gifts I can hope to offer. I am there to come alongside families and help them figure out what they need to grow. I have a strong desire to help families to feeling rested, confident and resourceful. It’s important to me to always takes family’s culture, ideas, beliefs, hopes and desires in to consideration. This allows me to help frame their new family around them. I’ve has experience supporting many different families with many different challenges. This includes addiction recovery, infants with special needs and sleep support. I currently provide only overnight care. Bio: As a postpartum doula, my main goal is to meet families where they are and identify how I can best support their particular needs and desires. I believe that what works for one family might not work for another, and by getting to know your family I can help establish a happy and balanced home. I am passionate about accepting people for who they are and being a non-judgmental and supportive person in their lives. I want to be your biggest cheerleader- supporting you to be the parents you aspire to be, while providing helping hands and answering any questions you have along the way. As a mother to a vivacious pre-teen, I’ve experienced many of the beautiful highs and challenging lows that can accompany motherhood. Though we are both happy and healthy now, my daughter’s early years were filled with unexpected challenges: hospital stays, years of solo parenting, and eventually successful co-parenting. I’m so grateful for these experiences because they have fueled my passion for supporting families navigating co-parenting struggles, lack of familial support, recovery, and mental health challenges, including past trauma. When I gave birth in 2013 I had no idea that postpartum doula support even existed. I thought new moms were just supposed to figure it out and stumble through on their own and if I couldn’t, then something must be wrong with me. Now, I know better, and my mission is to ensure that all families understand that support is available and that they are not meant to do it all alone. My personal goal is to meet people where they are and provide postpartum support in whatever ways they feel most comfortable receiving it. Before becoming a postpartum doula, I spent over 20 years as a nanny and childcare provider, and earned an associate degree in pre-education. Four years ago, a friend introduced me to the world of postpartum doula work, a career I had never heard of, but instantly knew was meant for me. Her description of what a postpartum doula does sounded like an absolute dream career for me, and within weeks, I began my training. Since then, I wake up every day full of awe and gratitude that I get to do work that I love and that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. As a bona fide, lifelong night owl who spent years trying to adjust to a morning-person world, I’ve finally found my calling offering families overnight doula care during my “prime time” hours. Born and raised in Oregon, I’ve been happily married to my best friend and biggest cheerleader for three years. Together, we’ve blended our family with my daughter and his son. Now that our kids are older, we are passionate about travel and experiencing all that this world has to offer. After years of letting life slide by, I now make a point of trying to engage in and savor the experiences, events, or opportunities that come my way. My friends and family often joke about my endless energy and zest for life
We are so grateful for the care and presence Larah brought into our home. From her very first day, she was incredibly attentive and in tune with our newborn’s needs, and her calm, professional demeanor made our entire family feel instantly at ease. She blended warmth with expertise in a way that made a deeply vulnerable time feel supported and safe. Her guidance, support and gentle approach were truly invaluable.

Britanee is a great mix of professional and personable. When she met us at my home she brought things for my daughter to play with and was able to joke around with my husband, who is a person that usually takes some warming up to. Britanee was great support during my VBAC, was prepared with all her tools, and jumped in when I couldn't say what I needed. She helped me keep my wishes when doctors wanted something different and helped me accomplish my goal. She was a great teammate to have through my pregnancy and labor.

Hello! I’m Autumn Kuenzi, a Certified Postpartum Doula based in Oregon. I’m passionate about supporting families through the postpartum experience, whether it’s offering mental health guidance, sharing infant care tips, or providing help with anything else in between. My goal is to give you reliable resources and well-researched information to make the journey feel less overwhelming. Autumn was so thoughtful as our postpartum doula. She was organized and prepped when we first met and had helpful suggestions of what she could do to help me out as I was recovering. She was a huge help to our family and we found something that worked for us, she was great with our baby and I felt relieved knowing when she was coming over. She has amazing connections to additional resources and other contacts that we asked about navigating newborn life. We are so thankful to have had her in our journey!

Hello! I’m Jordan, and I'm deeply passionate about nurturing families and caring for little ones. After spending more than a decade as a nanny, I discovered just how much I love showing up for families in whatever way they need, day by day. Being closely connected to many families and dear friends during their pregnancies, births, and postpartum journeys opened my eyes to just how transformative and intense the perinatal season can be. That experience sparked a desire in me to learn everything I could about supporting people during this sacred time, and it quickly became clear that becoming a doula was my calling. I went on to train as a fertility, birth, and postpartum doula, and found myself especially drawn to supporting families during the postpartum period. It's a time that often feels overlooked, despite being so crucial. I completed my postpartum doula certification and began my work, focusing on offering real, tangible support when families need it most. As a postpartum doula, I’m here to walk alongside new parents as they find their footing and build confidence in their own instincts. My approach is rooted in being a calm, grounding, and consistent presence during what can be an overwhelming transition. I tailor my support to meet each family's individual needs because no two postpartum journeys look the same. It’s incredibly important to me that the families I support feel safe, heard, and cared for, every step of the way. One of the biggest challenges I noticed early on was sleep, or more accurately, the serious lack of it. Wanting to better guide families through that hurdle, I became certified as an Infant and Family Sleep Specialist. Supporting families with sleep, including overnight care, has since become a core part of my work and something I care deeply about. As a queer person, I’m especially passionate about affirming and supporting families of all kinds. It’s a true honor to be welcomed into such a personal and powerful chapter in someone’s life, and I’m endlessly grateful for the opportunity to do this work. Please note: I have a the majority of my testimonials on google under Bun and Bundle
Having Jordan become part of our village during our first weeks with a newborn was one of the best decisions we've made as new parents. From the very first night, she brought a calm, steady presence into our home. Jordan was incredibly kind, endlessly patient, and completely unfazed by the chaos of newborn life and the messy, emotional reality of postpartum recovery. She was warm and gentle with our baby—someone we fully trusted to care for them while we got some much-needed rest. Jordan's flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt as our needs changed was something we didn’t realize we’d value so much until we were in it. Jordan also has that rare ability to show up with quiet confidence and deep compassion, without ever making it about her. She just makes things feel manageable—and in those early weeks, that’s everything. If you're on the fence, don’t be. Jordan is the kind of support every family deserves in the thick of those exhausting, beautiful first months.

Peace, my name is Kiya Ellis and I am a Medicaid birth doula located in Detroit Michigan. I am very passionate about child birth and a firm believer that it does not have to be extremely painful or traumatic ; physically and mentally. I wish for all birthing people to have access to resources as such and to be asserted in their strength and livelihood.
Kiya was an incredible support throughout my entire journey. She helped me create a personalized birth plan and guided me through both in-person and online birth classes, preparing me for every step. She consistently provided helpful activities that made me feel confident and ready for labor. When the time came, Kiya was by my side from the very beginning until the next morning, offering encouraging words that kept my spirits high. Thanks to her dedication, I felt empowered and well-prepared. I am truly grateful to have had her support.

I'm Lauren, a birth doula and photographer based in Milwaukie, Oregon, just outside of Portland. I grew up in Delaware, but have lived on the West Coast since 2017. I am a mom to one child, two dogs, and a cat. I love reading, getting outside, and exploring new cities. I love trying out new hobbies: currently, I'm learning how to crochet! I trained through Doula Love Portland's DONA International and OHA Approved program. My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and evidence-based. I honor all paths to parenthood and believe that every person deserves compassionate, culturally responsive care during their most vulnerable moments. I believe birth is not just a beginning. It is a continuation of a lineage - of wisdom, of strength, of becoming. I am here to hold space for you to make your own choices while feeling supported, safe, and seen.
My husband and I recently moved to WA, so we had to find a new doula. We were a little nervous about starting from scratch all over again after having such an incredible birth team in CA for our first home birth. After searching through so many doulas, we came across Lauren and SO glad we did! She is extremely thorough and provided so much helpful information during our prenatal home visits. Another huge plus for us was that she could relate to us as parents of a toddler, and was so helpful with our 2 year old when my husband was needed during my labor, especially since we don’t have family nearby to help! Lauren has been so nurturing from the very beginning and brought us so much comfort and support, she definitely went above and beyond our expectations! We are truly grateful for her and recommend her to anyone and everyone who may be on the fence about getting a doula, even if you have the most supportive partner in the world (like I do), trust me… you NEED LAUREN!!! <3

I attended my first birth more than 25 years ago and very soon after began actively pursuing birthwork, trading off between midwifery apprenticeships and serving independently as a doula. Given my background, I'm a strong believer in individual family autonomy, true informed consent, and holistic continuity of care that includes extensive postpartum attention. I'm also quite the baby whisperer, even while they're still in the belly. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, going on long walks, and taking even longer naps. I'm best known for my authenticity, tenacity, quick wit, and contagious laugh.
We had the pleasure of working with Layla for postpartum support after our first baby was born, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Layla is incredibly kind, patient, and reliable, and she cared for our newborn with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Her presence brought a sense of calm to our home during a time of huge transition. An added plus—Layla is registered through Carrot, which meant her services were fully covered through my partner’s employee benefits. This made accessing excellent care not only possible but easy. Thank you, Layla, for everything!

Hello! I'm Andrea. I'm Oregon grown and after 6 years away, my husband and I have moved back to The Rogue Valley and I'm so excited to serve families here! I'm blessed with a large family and have the privilege of loving and doting on close to 30 nieces, nephews and other little ones. I've always been around babies, seen my loved ones go through pregnancies and admired the process, but the doula seed was planted after getting to be more directly involved with one of my goddaughter's entrances into the world in 2020. I fell in love with the strength, the ebb and flow, the literal labor of love. I also saw how scary the unknowns and certain aspects of the journey can be and I knew I wanted to help in some way. After a bit of research, I found what I want to be when I grow up! A doula! I started studying with Birth Arts International and the rest is history. In 2022 I decided to continue my education as a postnatal doula through Women’s Choice Perinatal. Along my doula journey I’ve gotten to build community with so many amazing birth workers and joined The Reno Doula Co-op in 2023. I've worked in caregiving capacities most of my adult life and feel I'm exactly where I need to be. I believe everyone deserves a compassionate and loving birth experience. My goal is to be accessible and reach as many people as possible to help your birth experience be the best it can be through you-centric care and support. Every person embarking on childbirth deserves to have someone in their corner, there for them no matter what, to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, birth experience and parenthood, and to remind them that they can trust the strength of their bodies and minds during this time. As a doula, I aim to bring compassionate, client-centered care and remind every client how empowered they are! Outside of birth work, you can find me spending time with family, playing with the littles, grabbing coffee and walking the river with friends, or traveling whenever and wherever I can. I’m also a huge theater geek (you should see the one-man Hamilton show I put on in my car) and Trekky nerd. I enjoy genuine honest connection and could talk for hours about what makes a person light up.
I had the most spectacular experience with my pregnancy and delivery, all thanks to a huge part of Andrea's care and help. Her demeanor is professional with just the right touch of home. She goes above and beyond to get you any information you need. She uses her resources and all her energy to make sure you have a calm mind throughout the entirety of your experience. Andrea's calm demeanor and witty jokes made me feel home and safe, though I was in a hospital room. She encouraged me to speak my truth and ask questions to the nursing staff at Carson Tahoe Hospital. I cannot wait to be pregnant again. Thank you Andrea for going above and beyond for not just myself and my daughter, but for my husband as well. You did mental checks with him as well as with me. You made sure we both had drinks and nourishment. You truly made her journey into this world memorable.

I'm a former licensed teacher of over 25 years that followed my passion to change my side job of childbirth education and birth doula work into a full time career. It started with earning my credentials as a childbirth educator from the Seattle Midwifery School and teaching in Portland area hospitals but morphed into doing birth doula work as people I met invited me to be part of their births. I like to say I fell into birth doula work unintentionally, but it ignited a passion to do it all that I could (while raising young children, teaching kindergarten part time, and teaching childbirth prep. WHEW! Those were busy years!) Fast forward to 2022, when I became an empty nester (letting both my scientist and my opera singing daughters fly!) and made the decision to leave the classroom and pursue birth doula work and childbirth education. I hold a Masters Degree in curriculum and instruction, so helping birthing people and their support team learn about birth is a natural and easy process for me. Once I decided to do birth work full time, I pursed further education as a birth doula (which was a review of a TINY part that I learned through childbirth educator training, LOL!) and became DONA certified as a birth doula. Through the years I have been lucky to experience a wide variety of births: medicated, unmedicated, planned and unplanned cesarean, VBAC, and so much more. I have years of experience helping those that birth, with or without neurodivergence and other challenges, find their way to empowerment and joy, no matter how their birth journey unfolds. I pull from a wide range of tools, tricks, and methods to provide what YOU would like your birth to look, sound, and feel like. From Hypnobirthing, breathing, crafting the ideal birthing environment to Spinning babies, position work, and comfort measures (comforting touch, using water & heat, leveraging pleasure for more oxytocin), I actively pursue discovering YOUR magic combination for reduced discomfort, labor length, and stress. I keep the birth space calm, safe, easy-going, compassionate, and positive, so that you can enter parenthood empowered and joyful. I provide individualized education, encouragement, and planning prior to labor, and support during the birth process to take the pressure and stress off of you and your labor support though an experience that can have a bazillion variables and may be alien to you. I keep it simple and as stress free as I possibly can so that you can be fully present and enjoy your prenatal, birth, and postpartum experience.
We had a great experience with Lori! She was a calm presence and a great support. My husband was pretty freaked out during my labor so having Lori was a lifesaver. We would definitely recommend her!

I have always had a passion to support women and babies every since I was younger. I have been in the medical field for 7 years now since I graduated high school and am a medical assistant. I have also been a newborn nanny to multiple families. I fell in love the women’s health/OBGYN/labor and delivery when I started as a medical assistant 4 years ago and was a medical assistant for 2 years at a women’s clinic and fell in love with the women’s clinic and got to shadow over 10 births by the midwives and OB’s at the clinic. I am currently applying for nursing school to become a labor and delivery nurse but wanted to be active in this field of work right now, so this is where I decided to become a birth doula. I feel that I am very equipped and experienced in this field and cannot wait to meet you and your family and help you bring your baby(s) into the world in a way you feel comfortable and proud of and I am here to support you along that journey!
Hannah was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Before the birth, she was incredibly supportive in helping us prepare. She guided us through all the different decisions and possibilities without ever making us feel pressured one way or another. She generously shared her time and her wealth of knowledge, helping us feel confident and informed about our birth preferences and the range of outcomes that might arise. When the time came, our birth ended up being much more sudden and chaotic than expected, but Hannah handled everything with such calm and steadiness. She arrived at the hospital in record time and immediately jumped in to support both me and my partner without missing a beat. We are so grateful to have had Hannah as part of our birth team. Her experience, compassion, and ability to adapt to whatever comes her way made a world of difference in our birth experience!

Hello! Supporting families through the birth year as a birth and postpartum doula brings me immense joy. As a dear friend of mine said, "Helping people move through huge life transitions is where it's at." I bring non-judgmental, compassionate, inclusive, evidence-based care to you and your family, however "family" looks for you. My training includes DONA-approved workshops for birth and postpartum doulas, lactation support, newborn care, pregnancy loss, abortion support, and prenatal/postpartum yoga. When not involved in birth work, I love to bake, play with my puppy, and read mysteries.
We are so grateful for Zoe’s loving support this past year as our doula. Zoe worked with us as a postpartum doula after our son Emmett was born. Her support was intuitive and natural, easily fitting in to our lives and jumping in to support in all the right ways. She was incredibly helpful both in practical ways helping us get back on track with our daily routine, but also was a wealth of information about breastfeeding, newborn phases and milestones, and labor recovery. Zoe shared helpful resources related to where we were at in the postpartum and newborn journey. She also made space to help us process and talk about things like our birth story, postpartum anxiety, and really anything else on our minds… which was a lot. We appreciate the calm and loving connection and support for our whole family.

Amy’s professional and personal endeavors have always been driven by an unwavering commitment to supporting thriving children and empowered families- as a devoted eldest sister to 5 siblings, a professional nanny specializing in infants and toddlers, a direct support professional and in-home caregiver, a social worker, and now as a Postpartum Doula! Amy views the postpartum period as a time of profound transformation and is honored to witness and support families throughout the 4th trimester with non-judgmental, compassionate care. Amy integrates her social work education with her deep understanding of maternal mental health, infant development, and community resources to provide evidence-based information, emotional support, and referrals to local resources. At the core of Amy’s approach is the principle of nourishment- whether this comes in the form of preparing a nutrient dense meal or a warming herbal tea, a nurturing conversation, or caring for baby while parents rest or engage in a self care practice. Amy’s priority is to facilitate a space of nourishment where recovery and bonding can flourish. Amy hopes to leave the families she works with feeling confident, secure, and in connection with their babies and to their own intuitive wisdom. As well as empowered with knowledge and resources so they continue to thrive long after her time with them.
We feel so grateful to have found Amy as our postpartum doula. From the very beginning, she has been kind, caring, and nurturing, not only with our five-month-old baby, who absolutely adores her, but with our whole family. Amy truly understands postpartum life can be sometimes lonely and overwhelming. She has been such a wonderful presence, someone I can talk to openly, who listens and reassures without judgment. She makes me feel seen and supported, and she reminds me that it really does take a village to raise a little human. She consistently goes above and beyond in her care, and we’ve come to deeply trust her. She is always punctual, communicative, and dependable, which makes it easy to relax knowing our baby is in the best hands. Having Amy as part of our support system has made this season of life lighter and more joyful. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

As a mother of two wonderful children, I know firsthand that birth is a deeply personal and transformative journey—both profoundly challenging and incredibly rewarding. As a holistic doula, I support you with a mind-body-spirit approach, honoring your unique needs, preferences, and intuition. With over 15 years of experience in advocacy, including a decade specializing in mental health and trauma-informed care, I bring a deep understanding of emotional and psychological well-being to my work. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology has shaped my approach, allowing me to support individuals with compassion, knowledge, and a strong foundation in evidence-based care. My mission as your doula is to empower you—helping you feel strong, confident, and deeply supported throughout your birth experience. I am here to nurture your body, mind, and soul, ensuring you are cared for every step of the way.
Crystal is an amazing doula - she lives and breathes this work. I sought her out after I learned she had natural births with both of her babies and had experience with co-sleeping and breastfeeding. She delivered on that experience and expertise by setting me up with all the coping skills my husband and I needed to labor at home. She took time to answer my questions about the birthing process, breastfeeding and post partum, provided me with useful tools, checked on me frequently, loved and supported me during my post partum and has continued to be a resource since. I highly recommend Crystal as your doula as she will put her heart and soul in to being there for you. Crystal really walks the talk which was so important for me in choosing the right doula. Don’t let her slip away!

Kailey Taylor is a Postpartum and Infant Care Doula in Central Oregon, serving families in Bend and surrounding areas. As a highly sensitive person (HSP), Kailey brings empathy and attentiveness to her work and has extensive experience in child and infant care. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and is a proud pet parent and supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community. Kailey is also a seasoned Realtor in Central Oregon.
Kailey was such a joy to work with. Coming home with my second baby, I didn’t realize how much help is need. I was recovering from a c-section and had difficulty getting up, moving and even holding my baby. She helped with everything, and allowed me to enjoy those first few weeks in a way I never could have without her. She was calm, confident, and caring. I would recommend her to new parents as well as experienced parents.

Hi, I’m Marley— a birth doula based in the Portland area. Babies and children have always been a passion of mine, before becoming a Doula my background was in childcare for more than 9 years. In my free time, I love to be home, reading or hanging with my 5lb chihuahua Winnie. I also love to explore local restaurants with my husband. I completed my doula training through Doula Love, a DONA International and OHA approved training course. I practice from and evidence-based, compassionate, trauma-informed lens, aiming to support every family in the birth they choose. My goal is to make you feel seen, valued, and respected while going through this huge transformative journey.
Marley was a such a gentle and calming presence during early labor. She helped me stay relaxed and in the zone while laboring in the delivery room and was an amazing emotional support to both me and my partner!

Hello, friend! My name is Josie and I have been a Birth Doula since 2019. My goal as your Doula is to help you have the most satisfying birth experience possible by supporting you physically, emotionally, and educationally. As your Doula I will help you advocate for yourself so that you feel both seen and heard by the medical staff, I will help support you physically as you progress in labor, and I will be there as an encouragement and champion for you and your partner throughout your journey. I love pampering women in labor, but I'm also there to be a Doula to the partner/spouse because we all know it's a team effort. My goal is never to replace your labor support, but rather add to, direct, and encourage them. I love to craft, make jokes, cuddle my toddler when he lets me, read books, and wander throughout Oregon’s woods and coastlines. I’m an introvert and an enneagram 9, but I can be loud and fun, so don’t go confusing shy for quiet. 😉 I can’t wait to meet you!
I used Magnolia Moon Doula Services as a virtual doula for my child’s birth at the end of 2023. The support Josie provided was integral to my positive birth experience. The prenatal visit was so helpful for thinking through my birth plan. Josie also gave really useful information that I’d not received elsewhere. Being able to text and call Josie during labor with questions to help my labor progress gave me peace of mind, and she also reminded me of tools and practices I could ask the hospital for. It was a truly positive experience that cemented the importance of doulas for me. It was so helpful to have Magnolia Moon Doula Services walk with me through the preparation and birth experience, and I cannot recommend Josie more highly.

Birth is a beautiful time for support and connection, and the loving care you receive from your support team is a transformative way to begin the new phase of life that your baby is starting! I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving the Corvallis area. I also have my Traditional Healthcare Worker certification and am a member of the Community Doula Program and will be able to bill Medicaid by the end of March. I am nonbinary and welcome trans and gender non-conforming clients and families. I have two young children and have lived experience with prematurity, NICU stays, and pregnancy loss. I have experienced several different birthing situations. Additionally I have personal experience and experience working as a doula for several infants who struggle to feed and gain weight. I grew up in Corvallis and feel deeply connected to the community here. I worked in early childhood education for several years after graduating from UO while also moving around the country, enjoying spending time in both San Francisco, CA and Austin, TX. Both of those cities also allowed me to pursue modern dance which I’ve enjoyed since I was a child! Dancing, yoga, and movement are a huge part of who I am and there’s a deep connect for me between movement and birth work. I find joy, peace, and belonging in movement, building community and sharing the things I love with my children.
I felt so cared for and supported by Heather during my postpartum as a first time mom. Their guidance helped me practically and, more importantly, emotionally, as I navigated becoming a mother. Heather was there for me during my hardest and longest days and nights. Heather is a pillar of strength and support, and full of endless wisdom. They are also well connected in our community, which helped me and my little one connect with professional support like lactation consultants, and also with mom support groups and other families, bringing us into the wonderful world of parenthood surrounded in community.
