About me

Christ-Centered, Christian Doula Hi, I'm Eryn, a Mom to my 10 yr. old and a Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula. I offer physical, emotional/spiritual and informational/educational support for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe that this time period is a sacred rite of passage in your life worthy of the upmost respect, care, and support. I have been present for home births, hospital births, birthing center births, and provided support to postpartum families. I am currently offering Virtual Doula Support.

I offer energetic, physical , emotional and informational/educational support for this massive transition in your life, as someone who has walked through the transformation of birth before. I Hold a trauma-informed space of non-judgment, here to be a warm and supportive presence as you prepare to birth your child and enter the journey of parenthood.

SACRED SUPPORT DIGITAL DOULA PACKAGE

~ 2 Virtual pre-birth sessions. Feel prepared for birth physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I help you clarify what birth plan is right for you, while providing non-judgmental and unbiased birth education. Guidance on Breathing Exercises for Birth, Birth Ball Exercises, Labor Positions and other techniques for a smoother labor. ~A Valuable Informational Workbook so you can feel prepared, empowered, educated and informed. ~ Continued Herbal Support in the form of Herbal Teas, Tinctures, Body Butters, Sits Baths, Womb Steams, and Aromatherapy all based on your individual needs and always in alignment with your health care providers. ~ Consistent/reliable email & text support from 8am-8pm, and then 24hr support from 37weeks + ~ Optional Prayer or reading of Scripture ~ Labor Support - there for you Virtually Via Video, phone, and texts - for your entire labor and 1-2 hours afterwards. Consistent Virtual Support answered right away no mater the time. ~ Partner Support ~ 2 Virtual post-birth sessions. Breastfeeding Support, Nourishment Support, Integration of Birth Experience, Belly wrapping support. Referrals for additional support you may need.

Eryn was my doula and she was great! I was very nervous about water birth and other related pregnancy concerns but she was very knowledgeable and made me feel safe. I literally couldn’t have done it without her. She also made me various homemade lotions, teas and ointments which helped a lot.
