Service introduction

As a postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, hands-on support to families during the early weeks after birth. My services include newborn care guidance, emotional support for parents, help with feeding and soothing, light household assistance related to baby care, and evidence-based education to build confidence during this tender transition. I create a calm, nonjudgmental space so parents can rest, recover, and feel supported as they adjust to life with their new baby.

Overnight Care

I come overnight to care for your baby so you can rest and recover. My typical night shifts are 8 hour shifts typically 9-5 or 10-6. I also help with light house work if needed.

This review is long overdue. As a first-time mom I had no idea what I was doing with a newborn. Megan arrived the night we brought our baby home and I'm eternally grateful that we chose her to join our journey. I had a difficult birth and recovery which led to significant postpartum complications. Megan was kind, thoughtful, helpful, caring, and supportive of me and my baby in the first couple of months that we worked with her. I couldn't have asked for a better support doula to help us through the difficult, unknown, and sleepless nights. If I hear of anyone asking for night doula recommendations, I make sure to provide Megan's info to them. She is fantastic and it is the best decision you can make to hire her to help support you and your newborn.
