About me

I’ve been a doula for as long as I’ve been a mother, my oldest will be 20 this October. traditionally trained from a young age. . Former board member of Doulas Association of Southern California (DASC) Hosted their OC Doula circle meets. . Formally trained by DONA’s former Board Presidents Ana Paula Markel (BD) and Kathrin Auger (PD), I have 5 babies of my own, ages Baby-19. Birth Nerd by nature. My approach is bringing back our traditional model of care for mothers during birth and postpartum. Slowing down and taking the time to nourish and heal after such a sacred and impactful experience as birthing a new life is. In such a fast paced society we have lost sight of the importance of surrounding new mothers and families with resources and helping hands, I am here to help turn that around.

Labor and birth as well as the fourth trimester should have some thought put into it as well as planning for the best experience outcome.
