Supporting families through birth and postpartum has been woven into my life from the very beginning! As a Labor & Delivery nurse, I have the privilege of witnessing strength, vulnerability, and the incredible transformation that happens when a baby is born — and I never take that honor lightly. Long before nursing, I learned what wholehearted caregiving looks like from my mom, an incredible doula whose heart for families shaped my own. Watching her show up with patience, tenderness, and unwavering support inspired the way I care for others — with warmth, intention, and genuine joy. Beyond the hospital setting, I bring extensive nanny and night nanny experience, along with serving as Director of a postpartum retreat in Philadelphia, where I supported families during their earliest, most tender weeks. That experience gave me a deeply intimate understanding of postpartum recovery and what families truly need — reassurance, education, calm energy, and someone who feels like part of their village. I am highly communicative, organized, and intentional, while also easygoing and adaptable to each family’s rhythm. I love teaching parents about newborn care and the postpartum process, empowering them to feel confident and supported every step of the way. I take pride in leaving homes more peaceful and cared for than I found them. Having recently relocated to California, I am so excited to build roots within the birth community here and to walk alongside families during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives.

My services are fully tailored and thoughtfully customized to meet the unique needs of each family I support. I truly believe no two postpartum experiences are the same, so I take time to understand what feels most helpful to you. Whether that means hands-on newborn care, newborn education, helping establish rhythms and systems that make your home feel calm and functional, or simply being a steady presence as you process your birth story — I am there for you. I love creating order in common spaces, organizing baby items so they’re intuitive and easy to access, tidying kitchens, folding tiny clothes, and making your home feel lighter and more supported. If what you need most is time to bond with your baby, rest, or reconnect with your partner, I’m happy to take direction and step in wherever it’s helpful — running errands, walking the dog, managing household tasks, or caring for your newborn. I also offer night nanny support, providing attentive overnight care so you can get restorative sleep in those early weeks, or simply have the space to recharge and reconnect. My role is to be your village — flexible, responsive, and deeply committed to helping your family feel cared for, confident, and supported in this transformative season.
