What I Offer as Your Doula I got you from start to finish I offer birth support—before, during, and after baby arrives. That means: • Prenatal Support: Real talk, prep sessions, birth planning, and emotional check-ins. • Labor + Birth Support: I’ll be by your side, holding space, keeping you grounded, and making sure your voice is heard. • Postpartum Care: Helping you rest, heal, and adjust—with love, guidance, and no judgment. I show up with heart, hands, a every step of the way.

Full Doula Support Package
Full Doula Support Package $2,200 This package is for moms who want real support from pregnancy through postpartum. • 2 prenatal visits during pregnancy Education, birth prep, and support. We go over your birth preferences, comfort techniques, expectations, and whatever questions you have along the way. • 1 prenatal meet-up – A dedicated visit focused on strengths, movement, and walking around 8½ months to help prepare your body and mind for labor. • On-call support – I’m on call as you get closer to your due date so when labor starts, you’re not figuring things out alone. • Labor & delivery support – Continuous support during labor and birth. Positioning, comfort measures, advocacy, breathing, and staying grounded until baby arrives. • 2 postpartum visits after baby arrives Support with recovery, newborn care, feeding support, emotional check-ins, and making sure you’re adjusting okay at home. This is hands-on, intentional care before birth, during birth, and after baby is here. Support that actually shows up.

Birth-Only Doula Package $900 | Flat Rate This package is perfect for moms who want solid support for birth without a full prenatal or postpartum package. What’s included: Free consultation – A chance to connect, talk through your vision for birth, and make sure we’re a good fit. Birth plan support – Help creating a clear, personalized birth plan that reflects your wishes and priorities. 1 prenatal visit – Education, labor prep, comfort techniques, and time to talk through expectations and questions. • 30-minute prenatal meet-up at 8½ months – Focused on light strengthening, curb walking, and preparing your body for labor. • On-call labor support I’m on call as you approach your due date so you’re supported when labor begins. • Labor & delivery support – Continuous, hands-on support throughout labor and birth until your baby arrives. • 1 postpartum visit (up to 2 hours) Support after birth to check in on recovery, newborn care, feeding basics, and emotional well-being. • Email & text support – Ongoing support for questions, reassurance, and guidance along the way. This package is about showing up when it matters most during birth with just enough support before and after to make the experience smoother and more supported. Simple. Supportive.
