I believe support for each mama looks different. I am passionate about supporting moms who are first time moms, single moms and moms who are looking to birth unmedicated whether in hospital or out of hospital birth. I have had two home births and I hope to help empower other mama's and their voice in their pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience.

I offer wavework birth prep where we prepare your mind and body for birth, as well as birth and postpartum support. I also offer Craniosacral Fascia Therapy for moms and babies dealing with tension, trauma and discomfort.

2 prenatal preparation appointments, on call from 37 wks to birth, 2hrs post birth support and CFT support for baby, 2 postpartum visits.
