About me

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn, A DONA trained birth and postpartum doula with a foundation in Early Childhood Development and Children’s Mental Health. I have always been marvelled by the beauty of transformation within a birth journey. The transformation of life, siblings, family and parents. Nothing brings me more joy than when a family welcomes me into this transformation. Walking alongside them, helping navigate the eb and flow of pregnancy, birth and postpartum, validating and normalizing their journey. I come to you as a professional with unbiased guidance and evidence-based information. Though equally important, I come to you as a fellow woman and parent. Someone who first hand, knows the significance of feeling seen, heard and trusted throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
