Hi families! My name is Georgia, a certifying Birth Doula offering both Birth & Postpartum support. As a second year nursing student & postpartum Nanny, I am eager to share my knowledge & expertise. I strive to create a calm, accepting environment where everyone is heard and acknowledged. Using a holistic approach, along with evidence based practice, my goal is to guide you on your journey - mind, body & baby. Service introduction

Prenatal services: - 1–3 meetings before the birth, where we get to know each other, your preferences, and your birth plan. - Birth education & planning: help you understand your options (home birth, hospital, epidural vs. natural, etc.) - Support in preparing a birth plan - Assistance articulating preferences for labor and delivery - Guidance on what’s normal during pregnancy, signs of labor, etc. - Partner preparation: teaching your birth partner comfort techniques and ways to support you Birth support: up to 48 hours of labor support Postnatal services: - 1-3 visits - If desired, newborn Nanny care up to 6 weeks postpartum (additional cost) - Help with initial breastfeeding - Assisting with latching and positioning - Debriefing the birth experience - Talking through how things went emotionally and physically - Referrals: lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists or mental health support if needed
