Looking back, Adele was a pivotal reason that my birth was such a good experience. She provided me and my husband with excellent support during our pre meetings. She was a calm and patient presence as I laboured both at home and at the hospital. She advocated for me to get the right anesthetist for an, originally unplanned, epidural, as I have scoliosis. She took gorgeous photos of the birth that I’ll cherish forever. She provided such tender care during our post-partum home visits. Adele is a joy—and even better she is an immensely knowledgeable joy. She is tranquil magic during the long journey of birth, and I’m so grateful that she helped me bring my baby girl into the world.

We knew Adele was the right one for our family the moment we met her. She's passionate, knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and great with kids - basically everything you'd want in a doula.
