I’m from Hendersonville, NC, and serve the Henderson County, Greenville (SC) County, and Buncombe County communities. As a Birth Doula, I offer prenatal, birth, and immediate postpartum care and support. I’ve worked with growing families, adolescent parents, and children for over 10 years in various capacities including childcare, social work, parent education, and doula work. I feel passionately that every pregnant/birthing person deserves comprehensive healthcare - encompassing but not limited to birth justice, informed consent, evidence-based research, and education, empowering birthing people and their chosen families, inclusive and trauma-informed birthwork, along with being in tune with our bodies and nervous systems. My goal is to serve and create a safe space for all family structures, including those in LGBTQIA2s+ communities. My work in advocacy, empowerment, and education are based in the belief that the integration of empathy, anti-racism, and harm reduction define the experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer up to my clients the ability to listen, find humor in any circumstance, empathize with grief and pain, create comfort, and bring forth positive light.

My name is Brittany Bollinger and I am a postpartum doula and holistic pediatric sleep coach. With 13 years of professional experience, I feel privileged to guide and educate new parents. My philosophies are gentle based, centralized in giving children the comfort, confidence, and respect they need to outgrow old techniques and hit developmental milestones.
We first met Brittany as a pediatric sleep coach for our (then) 3-4 month old son. He was terrible at sleeping anywhere but arms during the day, bassinet at night only (but not for naps), not to mention he was outgrowing his bassinet quickly. Brittany helped us first get him on a better schedule, sleeping in his crib, and eased us through the transition to crib for naps and sleep, and helping her learn to get himself to sleep. We didn't really want to do traditional "cry it out", and her methods made us feel so much better while also making progress. He is now a pretty great sleeper at 10months old, and sleeps through the night most of the time, can get himself to sleep, and takes much better naps. We owe most of his sleep ability to Brittany!

I take pride in assisting mothers and their families during the 4th trimester with a gentle, authentic, and supportive approach. Furthermore, as a mother of three, I bring a wealth of personal experience and insight to my work, making it truly an honor to help new families during this special time.
I had Jernae for my postpartum after birth. Highly recommend her. She helped me get through the first couple months of postpartum and she took a major load off my shoulders and mind knowing I had her to talk with and help me around the house. Soft spoken, kind hearted woman. And I’m greatly appreciative for her. Hands down the best. Helped me get rest as she looked over the baby. It was an amazing experience.

As an ABA therapist, pediatric sleep consultant, and behavioral treatment consultant, Dr. Anna brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to helping children and families thrive. With a doctorate in psychology and specialized research in infant and child resilience following trauma, she offers holistic care rooted in both science and empathy. Dr. A supports children with developmental, behavioral, and sleep challenges, tailoring individualized treatment plans that nurture emotional well-being and long-term growth. Dr. A is truly a lifesaver! From the moment we connected, I felt seen, heard, and completely supported. Her rare combination of expertise as a Doctor of Psychology, pediatric sleep consultant, special education teacher, postpartum doula, psychiatric nurse and ABA therapist makes her a one-of-a-kind resource for families navigating early childhood and developmental challenges. Her sleep guidance was compassionate, science-based, and tailored to our family’s needs. Within days, my baby was sleeping better and so was I. As a postpartum doula, she brought peace, calm, and reassurance into our home during one of the most vulnerable times in my life. Her nurturing presence helped me bond with my baby, trust my instincts, and heal emotionally. Her ABA background shines through in how she understands child behavior—not just with techniques, but with deep empathy. She doesn’t just offer solutions; she empowers parents with knowledge and confidence. If you're looking for a professional who truly understands babies, children, and the emotional journey of parenthood, Dr. A is it. She blends wisdom with warmth, clinical skill with heartfelt care.
