Service introduction

I serve women in Cookeville, TN and surrounding areas, primarily first time moms, in preparing for birth, managing their labor process, and providing the necessary support they need during their postpartum recovery and journey into motherhood. I support moms (and their partners) who choose to birth at home, in birth centers, or in hospitals.

Baby Love

Birth doula package includes up to 12 hours of one-on-one coaching support during labor, 2-one hour prenatal preparation visits, 1-one hour postpartum visit, and 24-hour phone/text support.

Mother Love

Postpartum doula care to “mother the mother” includes, but is not limited to: Breastfeeding coaching Newborn care+support Postpartum anxiety/depression screening Caesarean recovery support Transition to work support Custom packages include a three hour shift minimum per day.
