I cannot recommend Dorian enough! She provided my prenatal care during my first pregnancy, and from the very beginning, I felt supported, educated, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to answer questions, ease concerns, and ensure I felt confident throughout my pregnancy journey. What stands out most is her calming presence and compassionate heart. She has a way of making you feel heard and empowered while providing exceptional guidance and advocacy. Her knowledge and experience are invaluable, but it’s her kindness and dedication that truly make a difference. Even after my baby was born, she remained available and present during the postpartum period, offering support, reassurance, and encouragement when I needed it most. Knowing I had someone I trusted to turn to during both pregnancy and postpartum brought me so much peace of mind. She goes above and beyond for the families she serves, and I am incredibly grateful for the care, support, and genuine compassion she has shown me. Any family would be lucky to have Dorian as part of their birth and postpartum journey.

I was so sure my baby was 'broken', since he started waking up every 1-2 hours soon after he turned 5 months. He just decided one day that he did not like his Snoo bassinet anymore and he would wake up & wail each time we set him down in it. In a desperate attempt to stay sane, we started co-sleeping with our LO. It was not part of our plan and I didn't want to resort to co-sleeping but we really didn't know what else to do. Even with co-sleeping, he still woke up 5+ times each night to cry -- I'd have to rock or nurse him to sleep at each wake. This lasted about 3-4 weeks until I reached my wits' end; my son's pediatrician gave me a pamphlet about Crystal's sleep services and I reached out to have a Zoom consultation. Best decision I have made so far as a first time mom. ChatGPT and online articles can kind of guide you on how to to start sleep training but, as first time parents, my husband really didn't know how to approach things. I had so much anxiety letting my LO "cry it out". We didn't have the confidence to begin the sleep training process on our own. Crystal gave us the confidence and "held our hand" through the sleep training, in a sense. Night1 was rough because it did take quite a bit of crying until my LO fell asleep on his own but after that... wow. He was sleeping through the night without ANY middle of the night check-ins since that very first night. My baby really had it in him to learn how to sleep on his own but Crystal reassured us we just needed to give him the space to succeed. She definitely is there to talk you off a ledge when the first couple days are rough. Tackling naps was a challenge too, since my baby ONLY did contact naps. She's helped us through all of that as well and I now only have to do a contact nap if I need to "rescue" a short nap (which is pretty rare!). If this situation seems similar to yours, book Crystal. She's very insightful and knowledgable about her field. She responds quickly, especially during the critical first few days. I didn't think my baby could be sleeping well on his own by the end of the 2 weeks, but I was proven wrong. I'm starting to feel like I have my old life back again.

Melissa Wiltsey was our night doula for both of our sons, and we cannot recommend her enough. The fact that we brought her back for our second baby probably says it best. She knows what she is doing. From the first night home, she had a calm that settled the whole house. She was a huge help with breastfeeding, full of practical advice that actually worked, and she had a real gift for soothing a fussy newborn at 2 a.m. while we finally got some sleep. What stuck with us most was how much she clearly cared about our boys, not just the job. Those early weeks are a blur for most new parents, and Melissa was the reason ours felt manageable. If you are looking for a night doula, you will be in very good hands with her.
