Hi! I'm Ashley Pole, a birth and postpartum doula that services New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. I've always had a passion for helping new moms find their strength and supporting babies transition to the world. I am prodoula certified and own my own doula agency, giving me and my team the opportunity to help as many families as possible. Birth and postpartum can be beautiful experiences, and I do my best to ensure that mom (and partner) feels supported and cared for through it all.

Birth Services: prenatal planning 24/7 text/email support for questions and concerns comfort/relaxation measures emotional support through pregnancy and birth communication and help advocating with medical team resources for childbirth education classes nonjudgemental support and education support for partners postpartum visit Postpartum Services: emotional and physical support to help mom’s recovery support with newborn care (feeding, bathing, soothing) daytime and nighttime options meal prep and grocery pickup lactation/breastfeeding support light household chores to help minimize stress

Birth Package
One prenatal appointment along with 24/7 text/phone support once contract is signed and paid for. Full birth support based on your preferences and a postpartum appointment to make sure all is well for mom and baby's transition home.

$40/hour for daytime rates, $50/hour for overnight shifts.

Ashley was amazing throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! She was so knowledgeable, personable, and always helped me though anything I had questions on, she had always had backed everything up with evidence that helped me make informed decisions throughout my pregnancy. She was also there during the birth of my son to make sure that I wasn't pressured into any decisions that I didn't want! I would have her throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum over and over again!! She was the perfect support that I needed for my first pregnancy and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!
