My baby has hard time latching and if he does he becomes very fidgety within few minutes. I do use nipple shield but even that doesn’t help much Also, feedings are usually over an hour and never satisfied even after that

Need help with latching and pumping. Baby born on May 23rd

Baby is 5 days old and born late pre-term at 36wk+5d. Looking for advise on how to improve his latch, a recommended schedule that incorporates both feeding and pumping, and address an issue with him seeming very hungry but refusing to latch at times. Would also like advise regarding how to help him sleep in the bassinet as he seems to be uncomfortable on his back and will not stay asleep there for longer than 1hr at most. Looking for a cost of $150 or less for a consult.

My wife would like to have someone there to advocate for her and help her in the birthing process as well as postpartum. I'm with the WGA insurance but it doesn't look like having a doula is covered.
