We are having twins and I would love to work with a doula to help us prepare for the birth of twins as naturally as possible along with aftercare postpartum. We are giving birth at St Mary’s Medical Center in Apple Valley and we really don’t have a budget. Hoping it can be covered by insurance. I do not have a birth plan yet and would love to discuss.

Trying to find a postpartum doula for my friend in the Rialto, CA area. She lives with boyfriend's family, but does not have any support from anyone with the newborn. She also had an unexpected c-section after a long labor and it may be adding to the new mom struggle emotionally and psychologically. I think she would benefit from someone helping with meals, some baby advice, and allowing her to get some sleep. Preference would be a Hispanic provider, but not required.

I would like to give birth at home but open to exploring my options. I would hope to find providers covered by my insurance; IEHP or under $2,000. I am seeking someone with a vast amount of births under their belt. Including in home & hospital and trained in or experienced in breech birth. I believe that my insurance plan covers twelve doula visits, or something comparable, as well as support during the birth. 3. I am very anxious and averse to pain, so I plan to get an epidural as soon as I need one. I do not want to give birth without an epidural. I have some complicating factors, such as a possible bicornate uterus, and a marginal cord inserton (<1cm). I am not averse to a C-section if it is medically necessary.
