Hello, I’m Ajeet. I’m a Sonoma County-raised massage therapist and a mother of two, recently relocated from the Yosemite foothills. I’ve dedicated over two decades to the health and wellness field, with more than fifteen years in the fitness industry and a deep-rooted passion for women’s health — a passion that blossomed after the birth of my own children. The first birth I attended was a home birth at the age of fourteen and I only after becoming a Doula learned that those comprise less than one percent of the national average versus hospital births. I believe that women have the freedom to birth how they choose and that the choices need to just be made known in a factual manner. I am not anti-medicine I am however against women being what to do by the people they trust without their choices being presented to them with all of the facts. Part of my mission is to make alternative medicine accessible to all and bridge the educational gap that keeps diverse communities from vital wellness information. I graduated from San Francisco State University in 2005 with a degree in Dance and Kinesiology, eager to inspire people to move and stay active.

I also offer labor support with a very hands on technique called labor massage. I pride myself on taking as proactive a role in your birth as you require as to ensure the least amount of suffering that you endure in or out of the hospital.
Im so grateful I found Ajeet and was able to work with her both pre and postpartum. She offered in home prenatal massages that were very relaxing and therapeutic and felt great on my achy body. She was very supportive and always available for questions and concerns and to talk through my birth plan. I also just went in for a postnatal massage which felt great to loosen up my breastfeeding shoulders and neck and she also specializes in a technique to help your uterus heal. She is very kind and accommodating and I would definitely recommend her
