Known for anticipatory service and a calm, grounding presence, I provide expert care for newborns, including multiples, while offering mindful support for birth parents as they recover and transition into parenthood. As both a Birth and Postpartum Doula and a Newborn Care Specialist, my work is rooted in compassion, discretion, and anticipatory service. Birth & Postpartum Doula Support - Emotional and physical support for birthing parents before, during, and after delivery. - Evidence-based guidance and comfort measures that honor the unique needs and preferences of each family. - Gentle, mindful care for birthparents as they recover, fostering rest, nourishment, and emotional well-being. - A calm, reassuring presence to help families navigate the transitions of the fourth trimester. Newborn Care Specialist Support - Expert, around-the-clock care for newborns, including multiples. - Establishing healthy feeding and sleep routines while supporting family bonding. - Hands-on infant care: diapering, feeding, soothing, swaddling, bathing, and monitoring developmental milestones. - Maintaining detailed logs of feeding, sleeping, and diapering patterns to help track the baby’s growth and routines. - Nursery organization, bottle sterilization, and infant laundry, ensuring a clean and nurturing environment. - Support for parents in understanding and responding to their baby’s cues with confidence. Family-Centered Approach My goal is not only to care for infants but to support the whole family system. I offer reassurance to new parents as they step into this tender stage, practical strategies to lighten the load, and guidance that empowers them to thrive.
