About me

I’m a work from home mom and I had my first baby in June of 2023! My husband and I have been married since 2022 and we’ve grown up in Kansas City our whole life. I’ve been passionate about birth since I saw my mother birth her last two children about 10 years ago and noticed how much women need advocates and support during pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum! Since then, I’ve been trained as a doula through GEM (Global Education of the Midwife) and have been pursuing a postpartum doula course as well. I hope to provide my clients with all the information necessary to empower them to make informed decisions about their birth plan/goals. If a client is open to it, I also love my Christian faith and try to implement that in areas of my work as well.

Prenatal, Birth and Postpartum package

General services I provide: -Two to three prenatal visits to get to know the mom/couple and discuss birth goals/plan -Recommending reading materials and videos -Assistance in writing a birth plan -Phone consultations, if need be, during prenatal period and two weeks postpartum -Continuous support from active labor, (early and active labor are different) until the baby (or babies) is born -Referrals to other resources/professionals upon request
