At [Cozy Nest Doula Services], I provide personalized, holistic doula support for individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My mission is to create a safe, empowering, and informed experience—one where you feel seen, heard, and fully supported. I offer a range of services, including: Birth Doula Support – continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after labor. Immediate Postpartum Doula Care – gentle guidance and hands-on help as you adjust to life with your newborn. Prenatal Education & Birth Planning – helping you understand your options and prepare confidently for your journey. Virtual Support Options – flexible care for those outside my local area or seeking remote guidance. Each family is different. My approach is rooted in respect, evidence-based care, and a deep commitment to honoring your unique voice and choices.

Birth Planning

For those who want help creating a detailed birth plan and preparing for the big day. Includes One in-depth prenatal visit (2 hours) to discuss birth i, comfort measures, and help creating a detailed birth plan. Personalized birth plan tailored to the client's wishes, including pain management options, support team preferences, and interventions (or lack thereof). discussion on birth positions, labor support techniques, and communication strategies with the medical team. Creation of a backup plan in case the original birth plan changes. a follow-up call to review the birth plan and answer any last-minute questions. Call for backup if need extra support.

Labor Only

For families who only need support during labor and birth, without postpartum follow-up Includes One prenatal visit to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, and advocacy. Continuous labor and birth support(virtual or in-person) including emotional support, comfort techniques, and partner support. on-call availability from 37 weeks until labor. Post-birth debrief (1 hour) to go over the experience, offer emotional support, and answer questions.

Includes Everything in Birth Only 3 prenatal visits (birth preferences, comfort measures, and basic education). Birth Attendance with continuous labor and birth support(virtual or in-person). Postpartum Attendance(one in-home visit within the first week). Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth) Unlimited text and email supports from 36 weeks until birth
