My name is Keirstan Johnson, and I am a trained birth doula currently completing my certification through DONA International. In addition to birth support, I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) with specialized training in lactation education and infant feeding support. As a mother myself, I understand that every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience is unique. My goal is to provide evidence-based information, emotional support, and compassionate guidance so you can feel informed, confident, and empowered in your decisions. Whether you're creating a birth plan, preparing for labor, navigating breastfeeding challenges, or adjusting to life with a new baby, I strive to meet you where you are without judgment. I believe every family deserves personalized support, encouragement, and advocacy throughout the childbearing journey. It is an honor to walk alongside families during such a transformative season of life, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. I currently serve families throughout Western New York and look forward to helping you create a positive and empowering birth experience and breastfeeding journey if that is part of your goal.
