Hi my name is Shana (pronounced: SHAY-nah), and I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about supporting families as they navigate the exciting journey of pregnancy, birth, and life with a new baby. My goal is to provide compassionate, judgment-free support while empowering you with evidence-based information.
