My name is Sky! I am a birth and postpartum doula in Olympia and the surrounding area. I have been interested in birth for as long as I can remember so getting to live this dream is amazing. I have a strong focus on the importance of caring for and nurturing the Mother. I enjoy cooking, herbalism, homeopathy, and natural living.

Service introduction

I currently offer prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum support. With me this looks like a minimum of two prenatal visits where we get to know each other and spend some time going over your options for a birth plan with some education as needed. I’m available for phone and text support during this time to answer questions, process fears, or daydream about your upcoming birth. In labor I will be there as requested, ready to serve you and your partner. At a home birth this may include preparing a meal to eat postpartum! Postpartum support is more tailored to your needs. I can cook, do light housekeeping, care for you! I can do some baby care but I strongly believe in the motherbaby dyad and do my work in a way that encourages bonding between mothers and their babies. *I accept Washington state medicaid*
