About me

Hello! My name is Sheilena and I am a full spectrum doula, birth photographer, placenta specialist, herbalist, student midwife and lactation educator. I serve families in the Puget Sound area and pride myself on taking a whole person and holistic approach when supporting my clients, balancing natural/physiological methods with western medicine. Each client gets an individualized approach as I use my variety of skills, experience and knowledge to support them in ways that feels best to them, but still encompasses advocacy, physical and emotional support, education and more.

As a certified doula, I offer compassionate, personalized support and advocacy for pregnant people throughout the perinatal journey. My goal is to become part of your village—supporting you and your growing family as you welcome your baby. I provide a blend of educational, physical, and emotional support, including comfort measures, guidance through labor progression, positioning, and honoring your unique wants and needs every step of the way. Because every birth is beautifully different, I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I meet you where you are, offering care that feels right for you and your experience. My Birth Doula Package includes: • Initial consultation • 1–2 prenatal visits • Continuous labor and birth support • 2 hours of immediate postpartum support • 1-2 postpartum visits (if desired) **I can accept FSA/HSA payments or provide invoice/recipient for reimbursement.
