As a dedicated birth and postpartum doula in central, IA, I inspire central Iowa families to thrive through pregnancy, childbirth, parenthood, and beyond. I hold certifications as an Essential Oils birth consultant and aromatherapist, and I am currently pursuing additional credentials in Fertility health, placenta encapsulation, VBAC’s and birth trauma. My goal as a doula is to deliver personalized support, encouragement, and ensure every woman feels empowered and supported. Birth is a transformative, joyful, empowering experience, and I am committed to guiding you seamlessly through it.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Our goal as a birth doula is to help women feel empowered, informed, and supported. Through breathing and relaxation exercises, massage, positioning and movement, and advocacy for the woman’s birth preferences we aim for positive birth experiences and believe everyone should hire a doula!

Do you offer more postpartum if needed?

Yes! We have a birth and postpartum bundle!
