About me

Hello and thank you for being here. I am a full spectrum doula in training dedicated to supporting parents through every stage of their journey, from birth to postpartum. My work is rooted in a parent-centred approach, meaning that I take time to fully understand your unique needs, values and preferences. My role is to provide informed and compassionate support so that you can move through your birth and parenting journey feeling grounded and confident.

Service introduction

I provide full spectrum doula services, offering support through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Postpartum care includes assistance with infant care, lactation support, and household tasks such as meal preparation and laundry, allowing parents to rest and recover with confidence.

Daytime Doula Support

*Minimum 4 hours* Daytime Support Includes: -Infant care -meal prepping and preparation of simple but nutritious meals. - Light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, bottle cleaning, etc. - Referrals to community resources - Sleep support - Helping around the home and with baby to allow you and your family to get much needed rest and breaks.

Labour and Birth Support Package

- Two prenatal visits to discuss your needs, suggestions to make pregnancy more comfortable, referrals to community resources, The birth process and procedures, and sibling preparation if applicable, and much more. - Attendance during labor and birth, as well as the first two hours postpartum. - Preparing the birth space - Comfort measures and assistance with pain-coping techniques - Help with getting started with breastfeeding and the first latch - Support in positioning - Comfort measures; cold cloths, hydration, relaxation techniques and massage, applying counter-pressure (counter pressure will be discussed during prenatal visits) - Two postnatal visits (1 hour each) to discuss the birth experience, answer any questions that you may have and/or provide community resources. *Birth pools can be rented at an additional cost, depending on expected birth date and availability, please contact for more info. A more thorough overview would be provided in a PDF form with my services and Fees, by e-mail. I offer a sliding scale of $500-$1000.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer postpartum support?

Yes, I offer postpartum support, whether that be in the daytime for a few hours so you can rest or overnight! Support can include but not limited to infant care and light housekeeping such as laundry and meal preparation.

What birth settings do you operate in?

I can support you in any setting that you choose to give birth in; whether that be at home or a hospital setting.

Do you offer sibling preparation?

Yes, I offer sibling preparation in addition to my labor and birth support. As a child and youth worker with extensive experience working with children and youth in a variety of settings, I can help your child navigate their feelings and questions that they may have towards the pregnancy and birth of a new sibling as well as utilize different activities to help the sibling feel more comfortable and perhaps even more excitement towards having a new sibling. For example, activities could be writing a letter to the new sibling or preparing a gift to give them.

Do you also offer infant massage?

Yes, I am trained with an organization known as IAIM for infant massage. We would complete 5 sessions or meetings where I will show you different techniques for massaging your baby. During these sessions, I would be utilizing a prop doll and will not be massaging your infant. Infant massage can help with bonding, connection and much more. This can be added to postpartum support.
