Why encapsulate the placenta?

Encapsulating your placenta has many healthy benefits: 1. It’s increases milk supply 2. It helps prevent “baby blues” 3. Increases iron levels 4. Decrease postpartum bleeding 5. Balances hormones 6. Increases energy levels and decreases fatigue

When do you come to the birth and what if you miss it?

As your doula I come when you feel you need the support, this is typically when you transition to active labor, and stay until shortly after baby has arrived. I have yet to miss a birth, communication is key!

What areas do you service?

I am located in San Tan Valley and service all the East Valley. Hospitals, birthing centers and home births! (I offer services in Tucson, AZ but will come with an additional $600 fee, no matter the package)
