Hi, I'm Janelle Moore, labor and postpartum doula serving families east and west valley. I entered the world of birthwork early 2023 as a loved one of mine stepped into her motherhood journey. She entered strong, encouraged, prepared, and yet looking for support, a listening ear, advocacy, and someone to lean on in that process. Something inside her knew what I think every mom knows, that every couple deserves support, every couple deserves an advocate, and every couple deserves evidence based education surrounding their options and each decision that they may anticipate to make for their birth and little one in labor and delivery. In supporting her that day a new passion sparked inside me to see every mom supported, held, strengthened and empowered as they shine bringing life into the world. That spark has grown day by day since. I am passionate about evidence based education leading up to birth that will empower parents to make fully informed decisions as are best for their family. I am passionate about supporting first-time parents as they embark on a new journey, and I am passionate that birth should be a beautifully empowering experience in which mom is supported through and through, never alone, discovering in each moment the depth of strength that she's carried all along. If you've landed on this page and would like to learn more please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to an opportunity to meet you, to chat and to hear more of your heart for your birth, little one, and/or postpartum journey.
Janelle cared for our family after the birth of our third child in December of 2024. She truly has a heart to serve and has a very calm, loving presence about her. She made sure to check in on how my baby and I were doing and happily performed any tasks we needed help with each shift. She is able to anticipate and fill needs without even being asked as well. Janelle is also wonderful with older children so she would be a great choice if sibling care is something you are looking for. Our kids still talk about how much fun they had with Miss Nelle and ask about her months later! She was a huge blessing to our family in the postpartum season and I would highly recommend her.

Hello reader. Please understand you're here because you're curious and deep down know you need the help. Look no further. Fenyx Williams IS THE DOULA YOU NEED. She tailors your experience , advocates your rights and is phone call away whenever needed. My experience with Fenyx was wonderful. My name is Hailey and I am a certified birth and postpartum doula (and photographer) in Phoenix, Arizona. My goal as your doula is to empower you through this big transition in life while making it a smooth one. I am there for you emotionally and physically when you need me. I love reading new evidence based research on pregnancy, birth and newborns so I can share that knowledge with you! I have also been a nanny and babysitter for about 6 years and helping families is my passion. I have also worked as a nursing assistant which adds to my experience with care!
Hailey was an absolute angel for our family! She came in with wonderful ideas. Hailey was beyond amazing with our little son who had done NICU time and I was worried about letting anyone else help take care of him, but she put me at ease and formed a quick relationship with our family. My mom is a retired nurse and gave Hailey flying colors on the days they overlapped! We absolutely feel blessed to have had her help!

I am Certified and able to accept CARROT CLIENTS! I am a Postpartum Doula and INA Credentialed Newborn Care Specialist, specializing in Postpartum Nutrition and Perinatal Mental Health. I have over ten years of experience serving families in a direct, private setting. I provide non-judgmental emotional and physical support and evidence-based information and education, with a whole-family care approach. I have created a team of Newborn Care Specialists, Birth Doula’s, Postpartum Doula's, and CNA's that have expertise in infant development, breastfeeding, mental health, and postpartum nutrition. Collectively, we are able to provide whole-family support through the transformative postpartum period.
When we hired Bryn on as a newborn care specialist, we had interviewed many other potential candidates. Many other candidates seemed more interested in how they thought things should be rather than working with us and incorporating our perspectives or preferences. Bryn was open, helpful and ready to offer advice as well as research things that we had questions on. Her top priority was always our daughter's health and wellbeing. She helped us transition from bassinet to crib perfectly. She was able to get us on a sleep schedule with the baby and adapt when a situation presented itself. We could say many more wonderful things, but I will end this by saying that she was an amazing help to our family. Our daughter is doing so well, even as we went into the 4 month sleep regression. I have no doubts that it is because of the foundation that was laid down in those first 3 months.

Hello my name is Xochitl (pronounced Sochi)! I am the owner and founder of Blooming Bellies Doula Services LLC. I am a birth and postpartum doula and Placenta Encapsulator. I am certified through Dona International. I am experienced in ayurvedic postpartum care and traditional Mexican Cuarentena postpartun care as well. I am looking forward to connecting with mamas looking for doula support in the prenatal, labor/birth, & postpartum phases. My philosophy and hope is to raise awareness for birthing disparities and make education & support as accessible as possible to women. Every birth deserves to be honored, and every mother deserves to be supported throughout her entire journey. I do this by providing uniquely tailored support with information to equip women with the knowledge and the tools to have conscious pregnancies, empowering, and positive birth experiences, with the most nourishing start possible for themselves and their babies postpartum.
This was my 3rd baby but first time hiring a doula and I am so grateful I did! I can’t recommend Xóchitl enough! She is an amazing doula! She was there every step of the way and was so organized, paying attention to the details. She captured some incredible photos of my son’s birth, did the placenta encapsulation pills for me, and taught me about belly binding after birth. During labor she helped with essential oil therapy, breathing techniques, pressure points mood lighting in the room and so much more. She has a wealth of knowledge and is so eager to help. She truly exceeded our expectations and I’m so thankful for her!

My journey Fascinated with birth work from a young age Watched nature shows about reproduction and birth growing up Supported a close friend through medical abortion Exceptional veterinary technician- medical, hospital, euthanasia/death experience Passionate about being involved in friends' pregnancies and growing families 2022 Closest friend had a stillborn that changed my life Went on long term disability, 2023 quit corporate job, went on a self-healing journey Decided to explore this career path
Our family wanted to express our appreciation for the love you showed Rizzo the first time we brought her in, on the phone with me talking about her terminal cancer, and finally when we had to say goodbye. You gave her scratches and kisses, said nice things to her. Our family really felt your genuine love, and that is important. Please don't ever change. It means more than you know. The whole staff was great, but you stood out. Again, somehow you helped us go through the process of losing our young baby Rizzo, the Aire-doodle.

I am a educated and experienced birth doula who specializes in birth after loss, and infertility. VBAC, teen pregnancy, cesarean, and home birth experienced.
Having worked with Rachel multiple times as a colleague, I can genuinely say that she is one of the calmest, kindest souls I've met. She is so bubbly and truly excited for every single one of her clients and meets them as friends from day one. She sees herself as the big sister to every mama, and treats the partners with such love and encourages participation. Seeing her with those that have struggled with infertility and welcoming their rainbow always makes me tear up. She truly cares for those she takes on. Her goal is making sure that she never replaces the father and creates a team with all involved. Anyone would be fortunate to have Rachel on their team.

I am a woman & mother with a calling to nurture birthing women. I want to support you to feel powerful, safe, and informed at every step along the way. I want your heart to flutter when asked to recall your birth for feelings of safety, love, and forever nostalgia of the beautiful day you where offered your body and gave life to your baby.
My experience with Taylor was very unique to sum it up in one word<3 Taylor was my original doulas back up for the back up doula. I had a LONG intense labor and by the time we were ready to go to the hospital and have baby Taylor was our doula. Going from never meeting her to having her apart of the most important and vulnerable thing in our lives and I wouldn’t have had it any other way! Taylor and I clicked instantly. She was so helpful and was very knowledgable. She helped me feel comfortable, confident, and helped me find my voice when it came to having the birth I wanted. She will definitely be our number one choice for doulas when it comes to having another baby. We will always love Taylor!

I’m a single mother navigating the rewarding and challenging journey of raising an adventurous young boy. My life is a blend of nurturing a curious and growing child while indulging in my passions and interests. For many years, I’ve been deeply immersed in the food industry, managing a beloved family-owned Mexican restaurant that was started by my grandparents in 1964. This restaurant has been a cornerstone of our family and community, and my work there has not only shaped my professional life but also my personal identity. Running the restaurant has been a labor of love, connecting me to my heritage and allowing me to share our family’s culinary traditions with others. Cooking remains a significant part of my life, whether it's preparing meals at home or experimenting with new recipes. I find joy in exploring new culinary experiences and discovering new flavors, both in my own kitchen and through dining out at different restaurants. Traveling to foreign countries is another passion of mine, as it offers a chance to immerse myself in different cultures, gain fresh perspectives, and experience the world from new angles. Nature is my sanctuary, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether I’m hiking through scenic trails or simply enjoying the outdoors, I cherish the connection with nature and the tranquility it brings. My Philosophy Central to my philosophy is the belief that no woman is ever truly alone in her journey. As a mother and a professional, I embrace the idea that support, solidarity, and shared experiences among women are powerful forces that uplift and strengthen us. Whether through the bonds we forge in our personal lives or the communities we build in our professional endeavors, the connections we make are vital. I am committed to fostering these connections and drawing strength from the collective wisdom and support of the women around me. In addition to my work in the food industry, I am a certified prenatal doula. These roles allow me to provide comprehensive support to families during one of the most transformative times in their lives. My certifications reflect my dedication to helping others navigate their birthing journeys with confidence and care. Balancing motherhood with my professional and personal interests, I strive to create a fulfilling and vibrant life for both myself and my son. My experiences in the food industry, coupled with my passion for travel, nature, and my work as a doula , shape a life filled with creativity, exploration, and deep familial bonds.
Anais was an amazing support before and during my labor. She helped me craft my perfect birth plan and supported me 100% the whole time never leaving my side. I am extremely grateful for her services and would recommend her highly to anyone I know.

Hi there friend, I’m Amanda - a birth doula who finds deep joy in walking alongside mamas during labor and birth. I believe this work is sacred, God- given and I feel called to support women with calm, care, and prayerful presence. It’s an honor to hold space during such a powerful and beautiful time in your life.
If you’re reading this review, it means you’ve stumbled upon Amanda Bowen during your doula search, and how blessed you are to have found her. I feel so lucky to be able to say my birth experience was perfect and a time I feel so proud of. Though ultimately I thank God for orchestrating such a euphoric experience, the next thank you I have to give is to Amanda. During my pregnancy and through postpartum, Amanda helped me learn and prepare and ultimately conquer the birth of my baby girl. She is truly a resource of so much knowledge and is always eager and excited to share it. Amanda has a servants heart and the most comforting presence. The perfect combo to guide you through pregnancy, childbirth, and the weeks that follow. I know there was no doubt I was going to have a great birth story no matter how things went, but I don’t think it would have been as truly amazing as it was if it weren’t for Amanda’s guidance and calm, encouraging presence in the delivery room. My husband felt his confidence grow during our prenatal meetings and even more so during birth as she gracefully instructed and encouraged him to be the best birth partner he could be. If you are looking for the best doula for your birth, I promise you, Amanda is the right choice!

As a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, I deeply understand the emotional journey that families navigate during this precious yet challenging time. My commitment is to create a warm and nurturing environment that prioritizes your little one's well-being while also offering reassurance to parents. Vanessa has been a game-changer. Her calm expertise and genuine warmth put our son (and us) at ease, so we finally sleep through the night. She quickly learned his cues and adapted effortlessly, turning sleepless nights into peaceful rest. Thanks to her, we’ve reclaimed our nights and wake up refreshed. If you need reliable, caring support, Vanessa is the answer.

My desire is to quietly and gently come alongside parents as you welcome your newborn into your families. I can provide emotional support to assist with the transitions of the postpartum period and having a new baby. Encouragement, a listening ear and practical help in your home will be offered. I’ll hold your baby so that you can bathe and/or rest, be a safe person you can share your concerns with and offer informational support - all in a judgment-free loving manner. A comforting meal, changing your sheets and doing some laundry are a few of the ways I can help you. My hope is that the care I give feels much like a professional grandma or Loli.
Did we hire the real Mary Poppins? It sure felt that way when Lori came to help after our daughter was born. Lori was so kind and considerate and knowledgeable that we had no trouble at all trusting her to take care of our little one in these sleep-deprived early days. Not only did Lori make sure I got the sleep I needed, she also gave us advice and assistance with any questions we had about best practices and ways to soothe our baby when she was having some feeding issues. Lori also cooked and cleaned and organized like magic every day she was here. It helped tremendously to have hot meals to eat and leftovers to heat up when I needed that kind of support. The biggest downside is that once she's there, you'll never want her to leave! I couldn't recommend Lori enough for anyone who needs help with their baby.

I'm Teresa Estilow, an inclusive postpartum doula and Dare to Birth childbirth educator supporting the Phoenix and East Valley areas. As a parent who experienced my own challenges with my postpartum journeys, I was inspired to provide access to compassionate and empathetic support to new and again parent's in their 4th-trimester journeys.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support I received from Teresa during my postpartum journey. From the moment she entered our home, it was clear that her presence would be transformative for both me and my son. Teresa has a remarkable ability to listen and attune herself to the needs of new parents. She not only provided practical help but also offered emotional support that made a world of difference during a challenging time. Her insights were spot on; she picked up on things I didn’t even know I needed. Whether it was tips on baby care, advice on self-care, or just a comforting presence to talk to, she was always there, ready to help. What truly set Teresa apart was her intuition and understanding. She became an integral part of our family, fostering a sense of calm and reassurance. Her warm demeanor and genuine care made the transition into motherhood so much smoother. I wholeheartedly recommend Teresa to any new parent. She brings not only knowledge and experience but also a nurturing spirit that truly enriches the postpartum experience. Thank you for everything—you have made a lasting impact on our family!

I provide parents evidenced-based education, non-judgemental support and inclusive care during the postpartum transition, while also promoting physical and emotional recovery after birthing or becoming a parent. I am passionate about providing support and care for families as they embark on this incredible journey together. I believe in equity for all families, and do provide a sliding scale based on the family's financial needs. My mission is to make sure that I provide personalized care for every family that I work with. I am committed to ensuring that every parent feels supported and empowered as they navigate the new and exciting world of parenthood! *A note about Perinatal Loss* If your family experiences the unimaginable reality of perinatal loss, please know that I will still be available to support you. Birth is birth, even in the most tragic of circumstances. Postpartum loss families are still postpartum, and as your Doula, I will walk alongside you and offer my support during this difficult time.
I’m so incredibly thankful that I crossed paths with Nikki. Not only is she a remarkable postpartum doula, she’s a grade A human being. Nikki supported us beautifully, even when I didn’t know how to convey the help we needed. She took excellent care of our newborn son, who looked blissfully happy in her arms, cooked us delicious meals, and cleaned our poorly neglected living areas. But more than that, she cared very deeply about my mental health, an area of doula care that is important to her. She continually checked in with me and was a wonderful resource of answers for a newbie mom. I so enjoyed our conversations, which brought hope and joy to our day. She also cared how my husband was doing through all of this. I can’t say enough great things about Nikki. You’d be so happy to cross paths with her too.

Hey there, I’m Ally! I’m a birth and postpartum doula in Arizona and the founder of Flourish Maternal Care. After having my own baby, I realized just how important informed consent, advocacy, and support are during birth. I didn’t have a doula at the time, and looking back, I wish I had! That experience lit a fire in me to help other parents feel empowered and heard. If you’re looking for judgment-free, nurturing support on your journey, let’s chat! I’d love to be part of your team.
Ally was my birth doula for my first baby and she made me feel so comfortable and confident during the hardest thing I’ve ever done. She also got some special pictures for us of the whole experience! I will be calling her for my next pregnancy.
