I offer Birth and Postpartum doula services and am also a baby wearing educator.

Packages

Birth doula

This package includes 2 to 3 prenatal meetings to discuss birth plans, comfort measures, and birth education. as well as unlimited prenatal support via phone call or text. I will be on call 24/7, starting two weeks before and continuing two weeks after your due date, providing continuous, physical and emotional support, along with advocacy throughout your entire labor. along with one postpartum visit

Daytime Postpartum support

Postpartum Doula support offers a range of services, including feeding education and resources, physical assistance, like light, housekeeping, and meal preparation help with older children, cesarean, recovery care, and emotional support.

Nighttime Doula support

Overnight postpartum Doula support includes all overnight new born care. helping clean and prepare pump parts and bottles and physical and emotional support for mom
