My Labor Only Support includes: * Continuous Labor Support * Phone, text and/or video support during early labor * Constant support once I join you at your birthing place. This includes physical, emotional, or even spiritual support. Once I join you, I won't be leaving until baby is born, so I will be there with you throughout the entire labor.

Interested in my services but are unable to have me there in person? Consider booking me as your virtual doula! As with all of my services, this is tailored to your needs. A general idea of what you receive with my Virtual Birth Package is: Text, email, phone support throughout your pregnancy, 2 Prenatal visits via Skype/Zoom, 24/7 ON CALL text/phone/video support starting at 37 weeks, Continuous Virtual Labor Support (During early labor, I can be used as a "sounding board" - someone to throw all of your excitement, fears, pain, anger, or any other emotions you may have. * Discuss when it is "time" to go to the hospital - many mothers wonder if what they're experiencing is really "it", or if their water has broken. I am here to help you through those decisions. Once at your birthing location, I will be on for the entire duration of the labor), and 1-2 Postpartum Visits. Virtual postpartum support is a bit different than it would be in person, but no less helpful! I will be available to your family for two weeks following the birth of baby (via text, call, or Skype). * At least one Skype visit within 48hrs to discuss how you are doing since the labor, discuss lactation tips if necessary, and any questions you may have. * Our final visit will be around 2 weeks after the birth. Don’t want a full time postpartum doula, but still want help those first few hours? I’m here for you! My “First Day Home” package is a perfect middle ground. I will meet you at your house as you arrive home with your little one, help unload bags and get your home/belongings settled. While you rest with your new family member, I am tidying up (if necessary), meal prepping, and cooking a healthy, nutritional meal to help boost recovery. After dinner, I can watch or rock baby while Mom and Dad take a shower and/or a much needed nap! I will stay as long as needed and can be there to help you get settled for your first night together as a family. As always, these are tailored to your specific needs, so don’t be afraid to ask for something! Payment plans are available for those who need.
