Im A Certified Birth Doula. Im 27, I have 5 kids of my own. I have given birth vaginally with an epidural, without an epidural, and my 5th kid decided he wasn’t coming out after he broke my water at 33 weeks & I had to have a random emergency C section to a super preemie baby. So I’m personally experienced in child birth, & have chosen to help other women because I felt alone, I didn’t understand at times. We are all experts here. I am an expert on birth and support. You are an expert on your body and your baby. Your partner is an expert on you and your needs.
